Hon gillar att \u00f6verraska med grovt<br \/>\nmj\u00f6l i s\u00f6ta bakverk, och h\u00e4r \u00e4r gifflar med b\u00e5de grahamsmj\u00f6l och r\u00e5gsikt och s\u00e5 Nutella i fyllningen. Jag tror att det b\u00f6rjade med att hon och hennes mamma en g\u00e5ng r\u00e5kade baka chokladmuffins p\u00e5 r\u00e5gsikt eftersom mj\u00f6lp\u00e5sarna var s\u00e5 lika. N\u00e5gon annan som har gjort det lyckade misstaget?<\/p>\n<p>ca 32 gifflar<\/p>\n<p>Ugn: 225<sup>o<\/sup>C, 8-10 minuter<\/p>\n<p>50 g j\u00e4st f\u00f6r s\u00f6ta degar<br \/>\n100 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n5 dl mj\u00f6lk<br \/>\n250 g Kesella mager<br \/>\n1\u00bd dl str\u00f6socker<br \/>\n\u00bd tsk salt<br \/>\n3 dl grahamsmj\u00f6l<br \/>\n4 dl r\u00e5gsikt<br \/>\n10-11 dl vetemj\u00f6l + lite till utbakningen<\/p>\n<p>fyllning:<br \/>\n\u00bd burk Nutella eller annan choklad- eller n\u00f6tkr\u00e4m<\/p>\n<p>pensling:<br \/>\n1 \u00e4gg, l\u00e4tt uppvispat<\/p>\n<p>Smula j\u00e4sten i en hush\u00e5llsassistent eller i en bunke.<br \/>\nSm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en kastrul, tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lken och v\u00e4rm till fingertemperatur.<br \/>\nH\u00e4ll degspadet \u00f6ver j\u00e4sten och r\u00f6r om tills j\u00e4sten har l\u00f6st sig. Tills\u00e4tt socker, Kesella, salt, grahamsmj\u00f6l, r\u00e5gsikt och n\u00e4stan allt vetemj\u00f6l. Arbeta degen i fem minuter i hush\u00e5llsassistent eller i en kvart f\u00f6r hand (n\u00e4r den \u00e4r f\u00e4rdig ska den sl\u00e4ppa bunkens kanter). T\u00e4ck \u00f6ver degen med en bakduk och l\u00e5t den j\u00e4sa i ungef\u00e4r 40 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Ta upp degen p\u00e5 bakbordet och dela den i fyra delar.<br \/>\nKavla ut varje del till en rektangel och sk\u00e4r den korsvis i trekanter. L\u00e4gg en klick Nutella p\u00e5 varje trekants nederdel och rulla ihop (n\u00e4r du rullar ihop trekanten rullar du in Nutellan innerst i giffeln). B\u00f6j varje giffel s\u00e5 att den<br \/>\nf\u00e5r formen av en halvm\u00e5ne och l\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t t\u00e4ckt med bakpl\u00e5tspapper.
