Varf\u00f6r? Jag har blivit glutenintolerant och jobbar i\u00a0Norges\u00a0nordligaste utmarker, s\u00e5 den mat jag brukar laga hemma i\u00a0Sverige\u00a0finns inte h\u00e4r inte, inte s\u00e5 mycket\u00a0specialkost heller, men havregryn finns! Nu \u00e4ter jag havregryn\u00a0p\u00e5\u00a0l\u00e4ngden\u00a0och bredden, men jag \u00e4r ingen matfantast, s\u00e5 jag kan inte hitta p\u00e5 varierande\u00a0recept. Jag saknar en kokbok med havre! Kan ni g\u00f6ra en?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nu kommer ju <em>Hembakat f\u00f6r alla<\/em> i h\u00f6st, full av recept utan de ingredienser som oftast brukar vara upphov till allergier och andra matintoleranser, s\u00e5 jag tror inte att vi kan g\u00f6ra n\u00e5gon havrekokochbakbok j\u00e4ttesnart. Men kanske kan vi hj\u00e4lpas \u00e5t med n\u00e5gra recept som Ingela kan ha gl\u00e4dje av? Allts\u00e5, glutenfria recept som inte kr\u00e4ver glutenfritt specialmj\u00f6l utan som g\u00e5r att g\u00f6ra med &#8221;standardingredienser&#8221;. Det \u00e4r inte s\u00e5 l\u00e4tt att lyfta \u00f6ver snygga bitar till tallriken, men det blir v\u00e4ldigt gott!<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e5fflor, har jag l\u00e4rt mig hemma hos min kollega Daniels familj, kan man l\u00e4tt som en pl\u00e4tt g\u00f6ra med maizenamj\u00f6l ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r vetemj\u00f6l. Har ni maizenamj\u00f6l d\u00e4r uppe?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uppdatering:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/husmorsskolan.blogspot.se\/2012\/05\/baka-havrekakor-i-all-hast.html\" target=\"_blank\">Majas enkla havrekakor <\/a>kan vara bra att komma ih\u00e5g!
