Eller beh\u00f6vs det n\u00e5got gr\u00f6nt till nypotatisen? H\u00e4r \u00e4r ett favoritrecept ur <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.libris.se\/fester-med-rester.html\">Fester med rester<\/a><\/em>. Vi var lite skeptiska till att b\u00f6rja med, men det gick snabbt \u00f6ver, och fotograf-Magnus fick med sig det mesta av resultatet hem i en fin burk. <strong>Br\u00f6ddip<\/strong> allts\u00e5. Eller vad man nu vill kalla det.<\/p>\n<p><em>En god, n\u00f6tfri r\u00f6ra att anv\u00e4nda ungef\u00e4r som pesto eller att doppa till exempel chips eller rostade br\u00f6dbitar i g\u00f6r man snabbt av n\u00e5gra skivor br\u00f6d (s\u00e5v\u00e4l formbr\u00f6d som kavring g\u00e5r bra), vitl\u00f6k, citron, olja och n\u00e5gon eller n\u00e5gra smaks\u00e4ttare. H\u00e4r \u00e4r ett grundrecept: l\u00e4gg sex normalstora br\u00f6dskivor i matberedaren tillsammans med smaks\u00e4ttaren, tre vitl\u00f6ksklyftor och rivet skal av en citron och k\u00f6r med kniven i ungef\u00e4r <\/em><em>en halv minut. Tills\u00e4tt citronens saft. K\u00f6r med kniven igen och tills\u00e4tt en deciliter olivolja, lite i taget. Smaka av r\u00f6ran med salt och peppar.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>F\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 smaks\u00e4ttning: f\u00e4rska basilikablad, eller f\u00e4rsk koriander (m\u00e4ngd motsvarande ungef\u00e4r en s\u00e5dan d\u00e4r kruka som man k\u00f6per i aff\u00e4ren &#8212; och det g\u00e5r f\u00f6rst\u00e5s bra att blanda efter egna id\u00e9er om man r\u00e5kar ha tv\u00e5 halva krukor), eller en rostad paprika och kanske en chilifrukt, eller stekt svamp, eller fetaost, eller \u2026 Man kan ocks\u00e5 smula br\u00f6det och steka smulorna i olja innan man mixar dem \u2013 det passar extra bra om man ha n\u00e5gon ingrediens som \u00e4nd\u00e5 beh\u00f6ver stekas.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Har det blivit v\u00e4ldigt mycket av n\u00e5gon av kryddorna i tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rden?
