Men vad ska man fira nationaldagen med?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hel\u00e9ne<\/strong> p\u00e5minde mig om en rekordgod t\u00e5rta, eller ska man s\u00e4ga kaka, eller kanske paj, n\u00e4r vi var hemma hos henne och repeterade f\u00f6r ett par veckor sedan. Den finns med i <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.libris.se\/kyrkkaffe.html\">Kyrkkaffe<\/a>,\u00a0<\/em>och p\u00e5 bilderna som jag fick fr\u00e5n Svenska kyrkan i Skagen var den dekorerad med sm\u00e5 pappersflaggor. P\u00e5 det h\u00e4r viset blir nationaldagen ett perfekt tillf\u00e4lle att g\u00f6ra av med det sista av f\u00f6rra sommarens vinb\u00e4r eller h\u00f6stens \u00e4ppelmos s\u00e5 att det snart, snart g\u00e5r att fylla frysen med en massa nytt! Hel\u00e9ne hade bakat tv\u00e5 stycken med r\u00f6da vinb\u00e4r i. Foto: Svenska kyrkan i utlandet<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Skagens br\u00f6llopskaka<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Skagen var l\u00e4nge en viktig hamn f\u00f6r de svenska v\u00e4stkustfiskarna, och det var f\u00f6r deras skull det b\u00f6rjade byggas en kyrka vid ny\u00e5ret 1925. Nu \u00e4r den svenska fiskeflottan betydligt mindre, men sj\u00f6manskyrkan tar \u00e4nd\u00e5 varje \u00e5r emot bortemot 30 000 bes\u00f6k: fiskare, turister, konfirmander, f\u00f6rsamlingsresor och vigselpar. Speciellt under sommars\u00e4songen \u00e4r det stor \u00e5tg\u00e5ng p\u00e5 kaffe med dopp. Listan p\u00e5 \u201dSkagenbagare\u201d som under \u00e5rens lopp hj\u00e4lpts \u00e5t att fylla frysarna med bullar och kakor kan g\u00f6ras l\u00e5ng \u2013 pension\u00e4rer fr\u00e5n V\u00e4stsverige, sjuksk\u00f6terskor fr\u00e5n Stockholm och \u00d6rebro, polis fr\u00e5n S\u00e4ter, konditor fr\u00e5n G\u00f6teborg. N\u00e5gra har gjort det till en tradition att baka en vecka p\u00e5 sin semester.<br \/>\nBr\u00f6llopskakan har blivit ett av \u201dflaggskeppen\u201d p\u00e5 kyrkan i Skagen.<br \/>\nUnder ett \u00e5r vigs ungef\u00e4r 150 par. M\u00e5nga av dem firar med den omtyckta\u00a0br\u00f6llopskakan som kan varieras allt efter smak och \u00e5rstid. En dansk och en\u00a0svensk miniflagga pryder alltid detta bakverk.<br \/>\n<em>Personalen\u00a0p\u00e5 Svenska kyrkan i utlandet, Skagen (2003)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ugn:\u00a0175\u00ba, ca 45 minuter<br \/>\nca\u00a010 bitar<\/p>\n<p>pajdeg:<br \/>\n100 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n1\u00bd\u00a0dl str\u00f6socker<br \/>\n1\u00a0\u00e4gg<br \/>\n1\u20132\u00a0droppar bittermandelolja (kan uteslutas)<br \/>\n2\u00a0tsk bakpulver<br \/>\n3 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>fyllning:<br \/>\n2 dl \u00e4ppelmos,\u00a0aprikosmarmelad, hallonsylt eller vinb\u00e4rssylt<\/p>\n<p>garnering:<br \/>\nvispgr\u00e4dde<\/p>\n<p>tillbeh\u00f6r:<br \/>\nminiflaggor<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r\u00a0sm\u00f6r och socker p\u00f6sigt. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4gget och r\u00f6r lite till. Blanda i\u00a0bittermandelolja (kan hoppas \u00f6ver) och tills\u00e4tt vetemj\u00f6let blandat med\u00a0bakpulvret.<\/p>\n<p>Tryck\u00a0ut \u00be av degen i en hj\u00e4rformad eller rund form. Bred p\u00e5 fyllningen.<\/p>\n<p>Rulla\u00a0resten av degen till sex remsor och l\u00e4gg dem ovanp\u00e5 fyllningen.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda\u00a0kakan i 175 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme i ungef\u00e4r trekvart.<\/p>\n<p>Ogarnerad\u00a0g\u00e5r kakan utm\u00e4rkt att frysa f\u00f6r kommande behov. Garnera med spritsad gr\u00e4dde\u00a0eller servera med vispad gr\u00e4dde i sk\u00e5l bredvid.
