Foto: Magnus Aronson<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Idag \u00e4r det <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unep.org\/wed\/\" target=\"_blank\">V\u00e4rldsmilj\u00f6dagen<\/a>. N\u00e5gon som har m\u00e4rkt det? Jag fick reda p\u00e5 det i morse och har spanat lite h\u00e4r och d\u00e4r men inte precis m\u00e4rkt av den alls &#8230; I <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unep.org\/wed\/infomaterials\/downloads\/WED_2012_Programme_in_Brazil.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Brasilien <\/a>\u00e4r det f\u00f6rhoppningsvis mer fart p\u00e5 festligheterna! Och det hela b\u00f6rjade tydligen f\u00f6r 40 \u00e5r sedan i Stockholm.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r FN som st\u00e5r bakom den, eller n\u00e4rmare best\u00e4mt FN: s milj\u00f6organisation UNEP. &#8221;Green economy &#8212; does it include you?&#8221; \u00e4r temat. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unep.org\/wed\/wedpack\/\" target=\"_blank\">H\u00e4r <\/a>finns lite f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 hur man kan fira.<\/p>\n<p>Kyrkkaffebloggen vill g\u00e4rna heja p\u00e5 alla som har med sig milj\u00f6tankarna in i k\u00f6ket och fram p\u00e5 matbordet. Hur det vi k\u00f6per och \u00e4ter eller sl\u00e4nger p\u00e5verkar milj\u00f6n \u00e4r inte n\u00e5gon annans ansvar &#8212; det kan det aldrig vara!<\/p>\n<p>Efter en intensiv sommardag kan det vara gott med en smoothie. H\u00e4r \u00e4r en smoothielista ur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.libris.se\/fester-med-rester.html\"><em>Fester med rester<\/em> <\/a>s\u00e5 att en extratur till aff\u00e4ren kanske kan elimineras och s\u00e5 att surret fr\u00e5n mixern kan bli en del av WED-h\u00f6gtiden:<\/p>\n<p><em>En <strong>smoothie<\/strong> \u00e4r en fruktbaserad dryck som har f\u00e5tt sitt namn av att den k\u00f6rs i mixer och blir alldeles sl\u00e4t. Den kan g\u00f6ras p\u00e5 en eller flera sorters frukt och med eller utan n\u00f6tter, fr\u00f6n, is och yoghurt.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Smoothien \u00e4r ett utm\u00e4rkt s\u00e4tt att ta vara p\u00e5 frukt och en del gr\u00f6nsaker som inte ser helt fr\u00e4scha ut l\u00e4ngre. Skala dem, sk\u00e4r dem i bitar, frys in dem liggande utspridda p\u00e5 en bricka och l\u00e4gg dem sedan i frysburkar om det inte g\u00e5r att ta vara p\u00e5 dem direkt. Ta fram dem s\u00e5 att de f\u00e5r tina lite, k\u00f6r dem till en sl\u00e4t massa i matberedaren eller med mixerstav och sp\u00e4d sedan med vatten eller juice till lagom konsistens.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Gott i smoothie:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>avokado \u2013 ger kr\u00e4mig, mjukglassliknande konsistens men inte s\u00e5 mycket smak och passar ihop med det mesta<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>banan och apelsinjuice \u2013 enklast m\u00f6jliga och en perfekt frukostdryck<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>hallon \u2013 en smoothieklassiker f\u00f6r sig sj\u00e4lva eller tillsammans med bl\u00e5b\u00e4r. Ett par matskedar vaniljyoghurt eller en nypa vaniljsocker passar bra!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>n\u00f6tter, en sort eller blandade \u2013 k\u00f6r dem g\u00e4rna f\u00f6rst s\u00e5 att de finf\u00f6rdelas innan frukten tills\u00e4tts. Kontrollera i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g s\u00e5 att de inte har h\u00e4rsknat!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>bl\u00e5b\u00e4r \u2013 perfekt att ha i frysen och f\u00e4rgs\u00e4tta med<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00e4pple och \u00e4ppeljuice \u2013 bra till det mesta och delikat tillsammans med avocado och en liten skv\u00e4tt pressad citron<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En viktig komplettering till listan om n\u00e5gra veckor (inte riktigt \u00e4n, eller hur?) \u00e4r s\u00e5klart jordgubbarna!<\/p>\n<p>Och en milj\u00f6tanke: vad skulle h\u00e4nda om alla svenskar som dricker apelsinjuice varenda morgon b\u00f6rjade dricka svensk \u00e4ppeljuice ist\u00e4llet?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Idag \u00e4r det V\u00e4rldsmilj\u00f6dagen.
