{"id":4707,"date":"2012-05-18T07:42:34","date_gmt":"2012-05-18T06:42:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hj.ekmsandbox.se\/?p=4707"},"modified":"2012-05-18T07:42:34","modified_gmt":"2012-05-18T06:42:34","slug":"ett-pyttelitet-brodunder","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bloggar.hemmetsjournal.se\/anna\/2012\/ett-pyttelitet-brodunder\/","title":{"rendered":"Ett pyttelitet br\u00f6dunder"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>N\u00e5gon som kan lista ut vad som h\u00e4nder n\u00e4r man h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 med en l\u00e5ngpannebok?<\/p>\n<p>Inte s\u00e5 sv\u00e5rt kanske.<\/p>\n<p>Hur man \u00e4n b\u00e4r sig \u00e5t s\u00e5 m\u00e5ste ju de flesta av recepten provbakas, s\u00e4rskilt de som inneh\u00e5ller n\u00e5got otestat moment, och det blir V\u00c4LDIGT MYCKET KAKOR.<\/p>\n<p>Ig\u00e5r pratade jag med <strong>Mia<\/strong>, som hj\u00e4lpte mig att baka f\u00f6r ett par veckor sedan. Hon tog med ett par l\u00e5dor fulla av chokladkakor med gr\u00e4ddad kokoskolaglasyr till Studentpr\u00e4sterna i Lund, som hade dem p\u00e5 sin terminsavslutning f\u00f6r S\u00f6ndagskv\u00e4ll i Kryptan. S\u00e5 det var ju v\u00e4ldigt lyckat! N\u00e4r vi hade jublat f\u00e4rdigt \u00f6ver det ber\u00e4ttade jag om en annan sak och sa att jag inte visste om det skulle bli konstigt att prata om den. Det blir s\u00e5 l\u00e4tt s\u00e5 att det l\u00e5ter som n\u00e5got slags skryt, fast\u00e4n po\u00e4ngen var att det var ett pyttelitet mirakel. Mia sa best\u00e4mt att mirakel beh\u00f6ver folk h\u00f6ra om. S\u00e5 h\u00e4r kommer det:<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rra veckan skulle jag vara i Malm\u00f6 och skynda mig med en massa saker f\u00f6r f\u00f6rlagets r\u00e4kning, men s\u00e5 var det pl\u00f6tsligt n\u00e5gon som kom p\u00e5 att min dator m\u00e5ste vara i \u00d6rebro \u00e5tminstone en dag, s\u00e5 jag fick ta natt\u00e5get upp \u00e4nd\u00e5 och sedan natt\u00e5get hem igen. Jag hade provat flera l\u00e5ngpannerecept p\u00e5 onsdagen och tog med mig tv\u00e5 stora burkar i resv\u00e4skan. Men n\u00e4r jag kom fram var det n\u00e4stan inget folk p\u00e5 redaktionen! Alla var ute och reste p\u00e5 olika h\u00e5ll.<\/p>\n<p>Sedan sprang jag p\u00e5 <strong>Henrik<\/strong> p\u00e5 lunchen. Han har varit pr\u00e4st i Olaus Petri men arbetar i samma byggnad som jag nu. Vi best\u00e4mde att vi skulle fira <a href=\"https:\/\/www.libris.se\/pilgrimslivet.html\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Pilgrimslivet<\/em> <\/a>(d\u00e4r han \u00e4r med) och hans f\u00f6delsedag med lite fika p\u00e5 eftermiddagen.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r vi satt d\u00e4r och bl\u00e4ddrade kom <strong>Erik<\/strong>, som skulle ta min dator och som sjunger i en av k\u00f6rerna i Olaus Petri. Han fikade med oss en liten stund. Men l\u00e5dorna var fortfarande n\u00e4stan fulla. S\u00e5 jag fr\u00e5gade om han inte kunde ta dem. Eftersom k\u00f6ren skulle \u00f6va p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen sa han att han kunde ta med dem till f\u00f6rsamlingshemmet.<\/p>\n<p>Sedan kom det h\u00e4r meddelandet:<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;Tack f\u00f6r br\u00f6det som jag fick med mig! Det var s\u00e5 m\u00e4rkligt att just den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen hade de som var fikaansvariga missat det, s\u00e5 d\u00e5 kunde jag plocka fram l\u00e5dorna. Men f\u00f6rf\u00e4rligt gott!<br \/>\nAnv\u00e4nd g\u00e4rna det h\u00e4r receptet som utg\u00e5ngspunkt f\u00f6r str\u00f6sselexperiment med andra sorters n\u00f6tter och olika kryddor. Farinsockret kan sannolikt helt eller delvis ers\u00e4ttas med smaksatt str\u00f6socker, r\u00e5r\u00f6rssocker eller muscovadosocker.<\/p>\n<p>Ugn: 175\u00ba, ca 20 minuter<\/p>\n<p>150 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n2\u00bd dl socker<br \/>\n3 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n5 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n2 tsk bakpulver<br \/>\n1 tsk vaniljsocker<br \/>\n3 dl gr\u00e4ddfil<\/p>\n<p>str\u00f6ssel:<br \/>\n1\u00bd dl brun farin<br \/>\n1 msk kanel<br \/>\n2 dl grovt hackade hasseln\u00f6tter<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r sm\u00f6r och socker por\u00f6st och tills\u00e4tt sedan \u00e4ggen, ett i taget. Blanda mj\u00f6l med bakpulver och vaniljsocker och r\u00f6r ner detta v\u00e4xelvis med gr\u00e4ddfilen. R\u00f6r tills smeten \u00e4r j\u00e4mn. Bred ut den i en l\u00e5ngpanna kl\u00e4dd med bakpl\u00e5tspapper.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda farinsocker, kanel och hackade hasseln\u00f6tter och str\u00f6 detta \u00f6ver smeten.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda kakan i nedre delen av ugnen, 175 grader varm, i ungef\u00e4r 20 minuter.
