Det var n\u00e4stan som n\u00e4r min mammas v\u00e4ninna <strong>Marianne<\/strong> kom f\u00f6r att s\u00e4ga hej till min mamma under fotograferingen f\u00f6r <a href=\"https:\/\/www.libris.se\/brodgladje.html\"><em>Br\u00f6dgl\u00e4dje<\/em> <\/a>och stannade i ELVA TIMMAR och diskade \u00e5t oss!\u00a0Nadine stannade nog i fyra i alla fall, och eftersom hon hittade i k\u00f6kssk\u00e5pen och visste vad som ist\u00e4llet fanns inne i mammas och pappas k\u00f6k sparade hon massor av f\u00f6rvirring och tid \u00e5t mig. Sedan kom hon tillbaka efter skolan dagen efter ocks\u00e5 och tr\u00e4ffade fotograf-Magnus och hj\u00e4lpte till igen.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r jag fr\u00e5gade henne vad hon tycker mest om att baka svarade hon direkt &#8221;chokladmuffins&#8221;. Mamma Maria skickade receptet h\u00e4romdagen:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nadines b\u00e4sta chokladmuffins<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r blir h\u00e4rligt smetiga muffins som hj\u00e4lper n\u00e4r man \u00e4r i akut behov av choklad. Dessutom ett lagom enkelt recept f\u00f6r en \u00e5tta\u00e5ring.<br \/>\nHemligheten bakom goda chokladkakor \u00e4r alltid saltet &#8212; det tar fram smaken i allt det feta och s\u00f6ta.<\/p>\n<p>Ugn: 200 grader, ca 10 minuter<\/p>\n<p>100 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n2 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n2\u00bd dl socker<br \/>\n1 tsk vaniljsocker<br \/>\n1 krm salt<br \/>\n4 msk kakao<br \/>\n2 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n\u00bd\u00a0tsk bakpulver<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret. R\u00f6r \u00e4gg och socker, tills\u00e4tt \u00f6vriga torra ingredienser och r\u00f6r ner sm\u00f6ret. H\u00e4ll smeten i muffinsformarna (de f\u00e5r\u00a0g\u00e4rna st\u00e5\u00a0i en &#8221;muffinspl\u00e5t&#8221;, med ners\u00e4nkta h\u00e5l, s\u00e5 trycker inte smeten ut dem \u00e5t sidorna).
