Det \u00e4r lite kvar att prova, och lite kvar att fotografera, och &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>I fredags var <strong>Mia<\/strong> hos mig och hj\u00e4lpte till. Genast blev allt tusen g\u00e5nger roligare!<\/p>\n<p>Ett av de recept som vi provade var den h\u00e4r kakan som <strong>Siv<\/strong> tipsade mig om redan n\u00e4r vi gjorde <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.libris.se\/kyrkkaffe.html\">Kyrkkaffe<\/a><\/em>. P\u00e5 den tiden fanns inte <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ica.se\/icas-egna-varor\/artiklar\/ica-stevia\/\" target=\"_blank\">Stevia som str\u00f6sockerers\u00e4ttning<\/a>, men nu anv\u00e4nde vi det, och det blev en helt underbart god och alldeles sockerfri kaka som fick f\u00f6lja med min faster hem n\u00e4r den var fotograferad och smakad p\u00e5. Ingen blodsockerh\u00f6jning!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Kardemummakaka utan socker<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>en mjuk kaka<br \/>\nUgn: 175\u02da, 15\u201320 minuter<\/p>\n<p>2 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n2 dl Stevia str\u00f6sockerers\u00e4ttning<br \/>\n6 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n1 msk bakpulver<br \/>\n2 tsk kardemumma<br \/>\n125 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n2\u00bc dl mj\u00f6lk<\/p>\n<p>Vispa \u00e4gg och Stevia och blanda ner mj\u00f6l, bakpulver och kardemumma. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret och r\u00f6r ner det tillsammans med mj\u00f6lken.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll upp smeten i en smord och br\u00f6ad sockerkaksform (vi anv\u00e4nde en springform) och gr\u00e4dda i 175 grader varm ugn i 15\u201320 minuter.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Faktum \u00e4r att jag fortfarande bakar till de nya sm\u00e5 b\u00f6ckerna.
