Och s\u00e5 ska jag ta tid p\u00e5 gr\u00e4ddningen &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ugn: 200\u00ba<\/p>\n<p>6 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n3 dl socker<br \/>\n1 msk bakpulver<br \/>\nminst 2 msk kardemumma, malen eller st\u00f6tt<br \/>\n300 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n3 dl filmj\u00f6lk<\/p>\n<p>ovanp\u00e5:<br \/>\nkanel<br \/>\np\u00e4rlsocker<\/p>\n<p>Blanda de torra ingredienserna i en bunke.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r sm\u00f6ret i bitar, l\u00e4gg dem i bunken och mosa dem med en vanlig gaffel mot bunkens kant tillsammans med mj\u00f6lblandningen. Det ska bli som en smuldeg.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt sedan filmj\u00f6lken och r\u00f6r tills allt har blandat sig. Smeten blir ganska l\u00f6s och kladdig.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll smeten i en l\u00e5ngpanna kl\u00e4dd med bakpl\u00e5tspapper och str\u00f6 kanel och p\u00e4rlsocker \u00f6ver. Gr\u00e4dda den p\u00e5 ugnens nedersta fals i 200 graders v\u00e4rme. N\u00e4r den \u00e4r f\u00e4rdig, l\u00e5t den vila ett par minuter och lyft sedan \u00f6ver den till en tr\u00e4sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da eller pl\u00e5t. L\u00e5t den svalna utan duk, sk\u00e4r den i rutor och servera den p\u00e5 sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4dan med en t\u00e5rtspade eller stekspade att ta med eller lyft f\u00f6rsiktigt \u00f6ver rutorna till ett kakfat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ibland blir det riktigt, riktigt bra.
