M\u00e4t upp havregryn, havrekli och salt i en bunke, h\u00e4ll vattnet \u00f6ver, r\u00f6r om och l\u00e5t svalna till fingerv\u00e4rme.<\/p>\n<p>Smula ner j\u00e4sten och r\u00f6r om ordentligt. Tills\u00e4tt sedan \u00f6vriga ingredienser. Arbeta degen tills den sl\u00e4pper fr\u00e5n bunkens kant. T\u00e4ck \u00f6ver degen och l\u00e5t den j\u00e4sa i en halvtimme.<\/p>\n<p>Arbeta degen och platta ut den i en papperskl\u00e4dd l\u00e5ngpanna. Sk\u00e4r rutor med bakbordsskrapa eller kniv. T\u00e4ck \u00f6ver och l\u00e5t j\u00e4sa i ytterligare en halvtimme.<\/p>\n<p>Pensla frallorna med uppvispat \u00e4gg eller vatten och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver lite havrekli. Gr\u00e4dda dem i 225 grader varm ugn i 15\u201320 minuter.
