Och jag har tagit bilden sj\u00e4lv.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n<p><strong>*** uppdaterad i oktober 2023 med svar p\u00e5 l\u00e4sarfr\u00e5gor ***<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r ett par veckor sedan var det v\u00e4ldigt br\u00e5ttom p\u00e5 f\u00f6rlaget. Vi skulle trycka om sex av sju b\u00f6cker i vad vi borde kalla &#8221;lilla Kyrkkaffe-serien&#8221; men oftast lite slarvigt pratar om som &#8221;l\u00e5ngpanneb\u00f6ckerna&#8221; &#8212; den bok som vi har s\u00e5lt mest av i serien \u00e4r n\u00e4mligen <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.librisforlag.se\/langpannans-lov.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">L\u00e5ngpannans lov<\/a><\/em>. N\u00e5, varje\u00a0g\u00e5ng man ska trycka om en bok m\u00e5ste man g\u00f6ra om tryckortssidan lite, och det kr\u00e4ver ett ingrepp av formgivaren. Dessutom har man med lite tur chansen att r\u00e4tta till saker inne i boken ifall det skulle beh\u00f6vas.<\/p>\n<p>Just i <em>L\u00e5ngpannans lov<\/em> har det varit ett lustigt fel. N\u00e4r vi fotograferade till den boken blev det n\u00e4mligen s\u00e5 v\u00e4ldigt h\u00f6g st\u00e4mning &#8212; lokaltidningen p\u00e5 bes\u00f6k, barn som kom f\u00f6r att vara fotomodeller, alldeles f\u00f6r mycket fika och alldeles f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga m\u00e4nniskor och alldeles f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga \u00e4ggklockor som ringde alldeles f\u00f6r ofta &#8212; att vi gl\u00f6mde att fotografera ingef\u00e4rsrutorna. N\u00e4r jag uppt\u00e4ckte det var fotografen och jag p\u00e5 helt olika h\u00e5ll, och jag fr\u00e5gade s\u00e5 sn\u00e4llt jag bara kunde om han kunde fixa en bild \u00e4nd\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Den bild som kom var vacker &#8212; perfekt ljus och allt det d\u00e4r &#8212; men jag k\u00e4nde inte igen kakorna.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; \u00c4r det verkligen ingef\u00e4rsrutorna? fr\u00e5gade jag.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; JA! grymtade han.<\/p>\n<p>(Han \u00e4r annars en mycket gladlynt person.)<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 bilden hamnade p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt sida i boken, men ganska snart kom jag p\u00e5 vad som kunde vara felet.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; Hade ni i en deciliter havregryn ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r en liter? fr\u00e5gade jag.<\/p>\n<p>Det visade sig att detta var just vad som hade h\u00e4nt. Inte undra p\u00e5 att rutorna s\u00e5g lite annorlunda ut.<\/p>\n<p>Men den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen n\u00e4r vi skulle trycka om bad jag om lov att byta ut bilden, och en sen kv\u00e4ll st\u00e4llde jag in en l\u00e5ngpanna i ugnen f\u00f6r att kunna ta bilderna (jag har blivit lite modigare med att fotografera sj\u00e4lv) n\u00e4sta f\u00f6rmiddag. Vars\u00e5goda, alla l\u00e5ngpannev\u00e4nner: bilden h\u00e4r \u00e4r helt r\u00e4tt och autentisk!<\/p>\n<p>Prova g\u00e4rna att smaks\u00e4tta den med f\u00e4rsk, riven ingef\u00e4ra om du vill &#8212; jag vet inte hur mycket som beh\u00f6vs! Lite hackad, syltad ingef\u00e4ra skulle antagligen ocks\u00e5 bli gott.<\/p>\n<p>en l\u00e5ngpanna full<br \/>Ugn: 175 grader<\/p>\n<p>250 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>1 l havregryn<br \/>5 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>1 dl ljus sirap<br \/>5 dl socker<br \/>2 \u00e4gg<br \/>1 msk bakpulver<br \/>1 msk malen ingef\u00e4ra<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en stor gryta och r\u00f6r ner \u00f6vriga ingredienser. Bred ut smeten i en bakpl\u00e5tspapperskl\u00e4dd l\u00e5ngpanna. Gr\u00e4dda i 175 grader tills kakan blir ljusbrun &#8212; i de ugnar som jag har anv\u00e4nt har det tagit ungef\u00e4r 20 minuter. Den stelnar n\u00e4r den svalnar!
