N\u00e4r man v\u00e4l har f\u00e5tt lite snits p\u00e5 doppandet och lyckas doppa bara de kanter som ska doppas blir det ganska fint, det m\u00e5ste jag s\u00e4ga &#8212; men jag blev mer och mer irriterad p\u00e5 alla smulor som hamnade i den sm\u00e4lta\u00a0chokladen och liksom f\u00f6rst\u00f6rde den, hur mycket jag \u00e4n f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte eliminera dem.<\/p>\n<p>Efter en stund best\u00e4mde jag mig f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got gott av det irriterande.<\/p>\n<p>Och vips &#8212; ett s\u00e4tt att ta vara p\u00e5 kanter fr\u00e5n n\u00e4stan vilken l\u00e5ngpannekaka som helst, oavsett om originalrutorna ska doppas eller inte!<\/p>\n<p>Den choklad som jag anv\u00e4nde \u00e4r en av Icas m\u00f6rka Fair trade-kakor.<\/p>\n<p>Om du doppar originalkakan i choklad, ta d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 bort smulorna med en sked och klicka ner dem i en annan djup tallrik. N\u00e4r allt \u00e4r klart, st\u00e4ll den tallriken \u00f6ver vattenbadet, skrapa ner det sista av chokladen fr\u00e5n doppningssk\u00e5len och l\u00e4gg eventuellt n\u00e5gra extra bitar att sm\u00e4lta.<\/p>\n<p>Om du har gjort en vanlig kaka, sm\u00e4lt bara choklad i en sk\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>Bryt kakans kanter i sm\u00e5 bitar och l\u00e4gg dem i sk\u00e5len, s\u00e5 mycket som g\u00e5r ner. R\u00f6r om s\u00e5 att allt blir t\u00e4ckt av choklad. L\u00e4gg g\u00e4rna till n\u00e5gra hela mandlar eller n\u00e5got annat gott ocks\u00e5 (det passade bra med hela mandlar i den h\u00e4r sorten eftersom den har mandelbotten och marsipanlock &#8212; och eftersom skalade mandlar pl\u00f6tsligt betraktades som os\u00e4ljbara i aff\u00e4ren och kostade n\u00e4stan ingenting bara f\u00f6r att gl\u00f6ggs\u00e4songen \u00e4r slut). Skeda upp blandningen till sm\u00e5 toppar p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper och st\u00e4ll dem att stelna i kylsk\u00e5pet.
