L\u00e4s lite om Ganna-firandet (inklusive en festlig herdelegend) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immi.se\/world\/beik\/etiopien.htm\">h\u00e4r <\/a>och ocks\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.firajul.nu\/julenstraditioner\/jul-varlden-runt\/etiopien\">h\u00e4r<\/a>. Vita kl\u00e4der och ljus &#8212; l\u00e5ter det inte underbart?<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r vi gjorde <a href=\"https:\/\/www.libris.se\/tillsammansmat.html\"><em>Tillsammansmat<\/em> <\/a>fick jag ett recept p\u00e5 etiopisk peppargryta av Ingrid. Hennes mamma hade EFS-bakgrund, och inom EFS har k\u00e4rleken till Etiopien alltid varit stark &#8212; de f\u00f6rsta svenska bist\u00e5ndsarbetarna \u00f6verhuvudtaget var faktiskt EFS:are som gav sig av till Eritrea och Etiopien, har jag h\u00f6rt &#8212; s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga EFS:are \u00e4r uppvuxna med peppargryta som festmat. Kom ih\u00e5g att vatten inte hj\u00e4lper ett dugg n\u00e4r det br\u00e4nns i munnen! Och f\u00f6rs\u00f6k inte minska p\u00e5 sm\u00f6rm\u00e4ngden eller f\u00f6r den delen korta ner koktiden. B\u00e5da delarna \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande eftersom de liksom samarbetar med k\u00f6ttet och kryddan i en perfekt balans.<\/p>\n<p>Ett annat s\u00e4tt att fira med Etiopiens befolkning \u00e4r f\u00f6rst\u00e5s att st\u00f6tta arbetet f\u00f6r ett b\u00e4ttre Etiopien. Arbetet vid Aira Hospital \u00e4r ett bra exempel och enkelt att ge till eftersom man kan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.efs.nu\/portal\/page\/portal\/efs_nu\/Internationellt\/projekt\/etiopien\/Aira_sjukhus\">g\u00f6ra det genom EFS<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p><strong>Etiopisk peppars\u00e5s<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en fantastiskt god, kryddstark och smakrik r\u00e4tt. Min mamma, som om fr\u00e5n en familj i Evangeliska Fosterlandsstiftelsen, hade den som sin specialitet redan p\u00e5 1950-talet. Bland annat testade hon den starka s\u00e5sen p\u00e5 min pappa n\u00e4r de tr\u00e4ffades \u2026 och han f\u00f6ll \u2013 b\u00e5de f\u00f6r mamma och f\u00f6r peppars\u00e5sen. \u201dT\u00e5l du den h\u00e4r, s\u00e5 t\u00e5l du mig\u201d, sa mamma.<br \/>\nEFS hade m\u00e5nga mission\u00e4rer i Etiopien. Det var de som kom hem till Sverige och lanserade Bako-blandningen, som \u00e4r en etiopisk pepparblandning. Den kan vara sv\u00e5r att f\u00e5 tag p\u00e5, men f\u00f6rs\u00f6k i aff\u00e4rer med utl\u00e4ndska specialit\u00e9er och i r\u00e4ttviseaff\u00e4rer. Annars g\u00e5r den att best\u00e4lla fr\u00e5n Duvan Bok &amp; Kontor i Skellefte\u00e5.<br \/>\nDet g\u00e5r bra att dubblera satsen!<br \/>\n<em>Ingrid<\/em><\/p>\n<p>f\u00f6r 6\u20138 personer<br \/>\nservera med ris eller vitt br\u00f6d och g\u00e4rna ocks\u00e5 med bananskivor, russin och mandarinklyftor<\/p>\n<p>500 g blandf\u00e4rs<br \/>\n500 g r\u00f6dl\u00f6k<br \/>\n250 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n2 msk Bako-blandning (etiopisk peppar)<br \/>\n3-4 tomater, eller en burk hela tomater<br \/>\n1 msk salt<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6dl\u00f6ken hackas fint och bryns p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme i lite av sm\u00f6ret. L\u00e4gg i resten sm\u00f6ret och l\u00e5t sm\u00e4lta. Tills\u00e4tt Bako-blandningen och salt. Sk\u00e4r tomaterna i bitar och l\u00e4gg i dem tillsammans med k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rsen (som inte beh\u00f6ver brynas).
