Fingodis!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>I julas fick jag en kartong med hemgjort godis av min systerdotter <strong>Daniela<\/strong>, som \u00e4r fem \u00e5r. Hon hade l\u00e4rt sig i skolan hur man g\u00f6r, och sedan blev det n\u00e4stan massproduktion med mamma hemma. Nu finns det ingen anledning att k\u00f6pa Nestl\u00e9s After Eight l\u00e4ngre &#8212; det h\u00e4r \u00e4r minst lika gott och dessutom mycket finare! (Den som beh\u00f6ver chokladplattor med mintfyllning till kakbak eller efterr\u00e4tter k\u00f6per f\u00f6rst\u00e5s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.divinechocolate.com\/products\/detail\/afterdinner.aspx\">Divine <\/a>som \u00e4r r\u00e4ttvist producerade, eller hur?)<\/p>\n<p>Jag vet inte riktigt vad gr\u00e4dden g\u00f6r f\u00f6r skillnad &#8212; kanske blir smaken lite mildare och lyxigare? &#8212; men oavsett om den \u00e4r med eller inte s\u00e5 heter resultatet peppermint creams om man g\u00e5r i fem\u00e5rsklassen i en skola i London. Och naturligtvis kan man g\u00f6ra dem vita eller mintgr\u00f6na om man vill.<\/p>\n<p>ca 20 peppermint creams (eller fler om man g\u00f6r dem riktigt sm\u00e5)<\/p>\n<p>en \u00e4ggvita<br \/>\n10 droppar pepparmintsolja<br \/>\nev n\u00e5gra droppar r\u00f6d eller gr\u00f6n karamellf\u00e4rg<br \/>\nev 1 msk gr\u00e4dde<br \/>\nflorsocker (ha en hel f\u00f6rpackning till hands)<\/p>\n<p>till doppning:<br \/>\n100 g m\u00f6rk choklad (det finns v\u00e4ldigt god Fair Trade-m\u00e4rkt, till exempel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.divinechocolate.com\/shop\/chocolate-bars\/70-percent-dark-chocolate\/\">Divines<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Blanda alla v\u00e5ta ingredienser och r\u00f6r sedan ner florsocker tills det blir en ganska fast och formbar massa. Rulla sm\u00e5 bollar av den med h\u00e4nderna, l\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper och platta ut dem till rundlar. L\u00e5t dem st\u00e5 framme (inte smaka!) och v\u00e4nd p\u00e5 dem efter n\u00e5gon timme s\u00e5 att b\u00e5da sidorna stelnar.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r de \u00e4r s\u00e5 h\u00e5rda att de g\u00e5r att ta i utan problem, sm\u00e4lt chokladen och doppa hela eller halva rundlarna i dem. L\u00e4gg dem att stelna p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper igen. F\u00f6rpacka med bakpl\u00e5tspapper eller foile mellan lagren i en fin ask och f\u00f6rvara g\u00e4rna i kylsk\u00e5p.
