Vi gjorde bland annat s\u00e4llskap till en fantastisk studiedag med Swingle Singers och sj\u00f6ng Bachs <em>Wachet\u00a0auf<\/em> a cappella (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=X1fQZpdWCLo\">s\u00e5h\u00e4r <\/a>l\u00e5ter det n\u00e4r Swingle Singers sj\u00e4lva g\u00f6r det).\u00a0Sedan tappade vi bort varandra, men en kv\u00e4ll n\u00e4r jag skulle intervjua en medlem i en gospelk\u00f6r d\u00f6k hon upp igen &#8212; f\u00f6r hon var med i samma gospelk\u00f6r och gift med Magnus som jag skulle intervjua. H\u00e4r \u00e4r Beatrisas recept p\u00e5 burek, ett slags syskonkaka av salta gifflar eller giffelpiroger som hela familjen tycker om och som \u00e4r perfekt decembermat. &#8221;I Serbien \u00e4ter vi burek med naturell yoghurt. Filmj\u00f6lk \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 gott till. Mina barn \u00e4ter dem som de \u00e4r!&#8221; skriver Beatrisa. &#8221;Jufka \u00e4r tjockare filodeg som \u00e4r formad till stora t\u00e5rtbitar. Olja in en ugnsform, 20&#215;30 centimeter.<br \/>\nVispa ihop \u00e4ggen. R\u00f6r i filmj\u00f6lken och smula ner fetaosten. Salta om det beh\u00f6vs.<br \/>\nL\u00e4g 1&#8211;2 matskedar fyllning p\u00e5 varje jufkablad och rulla ihop till gifflar (rulla fr\u00e5n den breda sidan mot &#8221;t\u00e5rtspetsen&#8221;). L\u00e4gg gifflarna t\u00e4tt i formen.<br \/>\nBlanda eventuell kvarvarande fyllning med \u00bd dl mineralvatten och \u00bd dl olja och pensla detta \u00f6ver gifflarna.
