Eftersom hon mycket snart ska \u00e5teruppta sina l\u00e4karstudier efter ett uppeh\u00e5ll p\u00e5 drygt ett decennium f\u00e5r man v\u00e4l n\u00e4rmast se det som en ordination! Sj\u00e4lv s\u00e4ger hon i alla fall att kakan \u00e4r oslagbar.<\/p>\n<p>(Anna \u00e4r helt oskyldig till den slutliga utformningen av kakan p\u00e5 bilden. Den uppkom mycket snabbt p\u00e5 Libris alldeles nyss. Har man C S Lewis i n\u00e4rheten s\u00e5 har man!)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kladdpepparkaka<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ugn: 200 grader, ca 20 minuter<\/p>\n<p>100 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n2 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n3 dl socker<br \/>\n1\u00bd dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n2 tsk kanel<br \/>\n2 tsk kardemumma<br \/>\n1 tsk ingef\u00e4ra<br \/>\n1 tsk nejlikor<\/p>\n<p>till formen:<br \/>\nfinkrossade cornflakes (eller str\u00f6br\u00f6d)<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret. R\u00f6r ihop \u00e4gg och socker och blanda de torra ingredienserna. H\u00e4ll sm\u00f6ret och de torra ingredienserna i \u00e4ggsmeten och r\u00f6r till en j\u00e4mn smet. Provsmaka inte f\u00f6r mycket! Sm\u00f6rj och br\u00f6a till exempel en springform och h\u00e4ll smeten i den. Gr\u00e4dda i 200 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme i ungef\u00e4r 20 minuter.
