Foto: Magnus Aronson<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>N\u00e4r vi skulle g\u00f6ra <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.libris.se\/kyrkkaffe.html\">Kyrkkaffe<\/a><\/em>-boken &#8212; det k\u00e4nns som om det var alldeles nyss, men det \u00e4r v\u00e4l \u00e5tta \u00e5r sedan eller s\u00e5! &#8212; skickade\u00a0 Barbro Lindgren i \u00c4lvsj\u00f6 sitt recept p\u00e5 en lite ovanlig rullt\u00e5rta som passar v\u00e4ldigt bra att bjuda p\u00e5 om man har lovat att st\u00e4lla upp med n\u00e5got till kyrkkaffe i december men har lite f\u00f6r br\u00e5ttom f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra en deg som ska vila i kylsk\u00e5p \u00f6ver natten och sedan kavlas. Allra godast \u00e4r pepparkaksrullt\u00e5rtan n\u00e4r den serveras fryst, vilket ju ocks\u00e5 \u00e4r ganska praktiskt till kyrkkaffet, men det g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 bra att bjuda p\u00e5 den alldeles nygr\u00e4ddad.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>en rullt\u00e5rta att frysa<br \/>\nUgn: 250 grader, ca 5 minuter<\/p>\n<p>3 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n1 \u00bd dl socker<br \/>\n2 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n2 tsk malen kanel<br \/>\n1 tsk malen ingef\u00e4ra<br \/>\n1 tsk malda kryddnejlikor<br \/>\n\u00bd tsk bikarbonat<br \/>\n2 msk filmj\u00f6lk eller yoghurt<\/p>\n<p>fyllning:<br \/>\n2 dl vispgr\u00e4dde<br \/>\n1 dl lingonsylt (g\u00e4rna r\u00e5r\u00f6rd)<\/p>\n<p>Vispa \u00e4gg och socker p\u00f6sigt. Blanda alla de torra ingredienserna och r\u00f6r ner dem i smeten tillsammans med filmj\u00f6lken.<\/p>\n<p>Bred ut smeten p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t och gr\u00e4dda den i 250 grader i ungef\u00e4r fem minuter. Str\u00f6 lite socker \u00f6ver och stj\u00e4lp upp den p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Drag av papperet som kakan gr\u00e4ddats p\u00e5. L\u00e5t den kallna under en l\u00e5ngpanna.<\/p>\n<p>Vispa gr\u00e4dden h\u00e5rt och r\u00f6r ner lingonsylten. Bred ut blandningen \u00f6ver kakan och rulla ihop den fr\u00e5n ena l\u00e5ngsidan. Frys in rullen.<\/p>\n<p>Det g\u00e5r bra att skiva kakan otinad.
