Om man \u00e4r en av dem som adventsfastar kan man kanske f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka se till att en bulle eller tv\u00e5 sparas till kyrkkaffet p\u00e5 s\u00f6ndag &#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saffransbullar med mandelmassa och vit choklad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ca 40 bullar<br \/>\nJ\u00e4sning: 30 + 20&#8211;30 minuter<br \/>\nUgn: 225 grader, 5&#8211;7 minuter<\/p>\n<p>100 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n50 g j\u00e4st<br \/>\n5 dl mj\u00f6lk<br \/>\n2 p\u00e5sar saffran, ca 1 g<br \/>\n1 1\/2 dl str\u00f6socker<br \/>\n1\/2 tsk salt<br \/>\nca 17 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>fyllning:<br \/>\n50 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n200 g vit choklad<br \/>\n100 g mandelmassa<br \/>\n1 \u00e4gg<br \/>\np\u00e4rlsocker<\/p>\n<p>Ta fram sm\u00f6ret i god tid s\u00e5 att det hinner bli mjukt.<\/p>\n<p>Smula j\u00e4sten i en bunke. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret, tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lk och saffran och v\u00e4rm blandningen till fingerv\u00e4rme.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll lite av sm\u00f6r- och mj\u00f6lkblandningen \u00f6ver j\u00e4sten. R\u00f6r om s\u00e5 att j\u00e4sten l\u00f6ser sig och h\u00e4ll i resten. Tills\u00e4tt socker, salt och mj\u00f6l. Arbeta degen tills den blir smidig. T\u00e4ck \u00f6ver degen och l\u00e5t den j\u00e4sa i ungef\u00e4r en halvtimme.<\/p>\n<p>Dela degen i tv\u00e5 delar och kavla ut en del i taget. Bred sm\u00f6r \u00f6ver degen. Riv mandelmassan och chokladen grovt med ett rivj\u00e4rn och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver. Rulla ihop och sk\u00e4r rullen i skivor. L\u00e4gg skivorna p\u00e5 pl\u00e5tar med bakpl\u00e5tspapper eller i bullformar.\u00a0L\u00e5t dem j\u00e4sa i 20-30 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Pensla dem med uppvispat \u00e4gg och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver p\u00e4rlsocker.
