Det var ett experiment som f\u00f6rst hade misslyckats och sedan, i n\u00e4sta utvecklingssteg, hade blivit s\u00e4llsynt lyckat. N\u00e5got recept existerar inte \u00e4n, men jag delar med mig av Ulfs beskrivning s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge:<\/p>\n<p>Utg\u00e5ngspunkten \u00e4r hemmagjord hummus &#8212; Ulf hade gjort sin p\u00e5 kanske tre deciliter r\u00f6da linser som han hade kokat och sedan k\u00f6rt i mixer med olja, salt,\u00a0lite sesamolja f\u00f6r smakens skull\u00a0(ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r sesampasta) och en persisk kryddblandning.<\/p>\n<p>I den ganska stora portion hummus som blev \u00f6ver efter festen blandade Ulf\u00a0ett par \u00e4gg (han hade t\u00e4nkt steka biffar men ins\u00e5g snabbt att det skulle bli sv\u00e5rt att f\u00e5 dem att h\u00e5lla ihop) och lite bakpulver (en tesked sa han). Smeten h\u00e4llde han upp i muffinsformar. Han gr\u00e4ddade dem i ugnen (jag gissar 175 grader) tills de s\u00e5g f\u00e4rdiga ut.<\/p>\n<p>Marita serverade dem med ost &#8212; sm\u00f6r beh\u00f6vs inte eftersom de \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt saftiga.<\/p>\n<p>Stadiga formar, eller formar st\u00e4llda i en muffinspl\u00e5t, skulle nog resultera i h\u00f6gre och lite snyggare muffins, men de platta var lika goda. Och glutenfritt och mj\u00f6lkfritt blir det helt automatiskt! Perfekt till soppa eller kanske till en plockm\u00e5ltid. Det borde g\u00e5 lika bra att g\u00f6ra dem p\u00e5 kik\u00e4rter eller p\u00e5 n\u00e5gon sorts b\u00f6nor, och det m\u00e5ste vi f\u00f6rst\u00e5s prova. Liksom olika smaks\u00e4ttningar!<\/p>\n<p>P.S.
