Min kollega Marita bakar massor av\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bloggar.hemmetsjournal.se\/?p=1744\" target=\"_blank\">knex<\/a>\u00a0som vi ska bjuda p\u00e5, och jag handlade ingredienser till ett annat recept ur boken ig\u00e5rkv\u00e4ll &#8212; f\u00f6r just de resterna hade jag inte hemma, och verkligen\u00a0inte i de m\u00e4ngder som kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r\u00a0monterbjudning\u00a0&#8230; V\u00e4lkomna till Libris monter i stora hallen, alla kyrkkaffev\u00e4nner och restfestv\u00e4nner!<\/div>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\">Tre \u00e4ppeltips blir det idag.<\/div>\n<p><strong>Inga och Miriam Svensson<\/strong> i Kristianstad skickade ett som svar p\u00e5 v\u00e5rt upprop inf\u00f6r <em>Fester med rester<\/em>:<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;P\u00e5 h\u00f6sten f\u00e5r vi mycket goda och nyttiga \u00e4pplen i tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rden. Vi f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker att p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt ta vara p\u00e5 s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga som m\u00f6jligt.<br \/>\nTorkade \u00e4pplen \u00e4r n\u00e4rproducerat naturgodis, gott att \u00e4ta ensamt eller blandat i m\u00fcsli. Det \u00e4r ett bra energitillskott\u00a0f\u00f6r vintersport.\u00a0Torkade \u00e4pplen som f\u00e5r st\u00e5 torrt h\u00e5ller sig till n\u00e4sta s\u00e4song och f\u00f6rmodligen \u00e4nnu l\u00e4ngre om de inte blir upp\u00e4tna!<br \/>\nDet \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att torka \u00e4pplen. Vi sk\u00e4r dem i ringar och brer ut dem p\u00e5 ett lakan p\u00e5 v\u00e4rmegolvet. Efter tre&#8211;fyra dagar \u00e4r de torra och man kan l\u00e4gga ner dem i en burk. Vi har lagt dem i gamla konserveringsburkar. \u00c4ppelburkarna blir en prydnad i k\u00f6ket. De \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 en utm\u00e4rkt g\u00e5-bort-present.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maja<\/strong> har hittat en genv\u00e4g till det annars ganska avancerade bakverket <a href=\"https:\/\/husmorsskolan.blogspot.com\/2011\/09\/baka-majas-apfelstrudel.html\" target=\"_blank\">Apfelstrudel<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Och <strong>Johanna<\/strong> har gjort massor av <a href=\"https:\/\/enklarejohanna.blogspot.com\/2011\/09\/appeltider.html\" target=\"_blank\">\u00e4ppelsaft <\/a>och sedan mos av det som blev \u00f6ver efter att saften hade runnit ner.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Det \u00e4r naturligtvis inte bara V\u00e4rma liten som kommer att synas i Libris Monter p\u00e5 Bok &amp; Bibliotek.
