Jag m\u00e5ste s\u00e4ga att det \u00e4r n\u00e5got alldeles fantastiskt hur mycket som kan h\u00e4nda n\u00e4r vi hj\u00e4lps \u00e5t!<br \/>\nOch nu har min v\u00e4ninna, hon som satte ig\u00e5ng alltihop genom att envisas med att sticka efter sina migr\u00e4nattacker, letat upp ett par artiklar som jag ocks\u00e5 g\u00e4rna vill dela med mig av. Jag har inte \u00e4gnat mig \u00e5t n\u00e5gon seri\u00f6s k\u00e4llkritik, men \u00e4r det n\u00e5gon av er som har m\u00f6jlighet att g\u00f6ra det s\u00e5 tar jag g\u00e4rna emot hj\u00e4lp!<br \/>\nIdag t\u00e4nkte jag ber\u00e4tta om den f\u00f6rsta, som min v\u00e4ninnan hittade h\u00e4r. Den bygger i sin tur p\u00e5 en radiointervju i Arizonas NPR med tilllh\u00f6rande artikel som finns h\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>Ann Futterman-Collier forskar i klinisk psykologi vid Northern Arizona University. Bild tagen av Bonnie Stevens och l\u00e5nad fr\u00e5n KNAU &#8212; Arizona Public Radio.<br \/>\nDet \u00e4r Ann Futterman-Collier p\u00e5 Northern Arizona University som har studerat stickandets, virkandets, v\u00e4vandets och kviltningens (kviltade lappt\u00e4cken \u00e4r ju en j\u00e4ttestor hantverkstradition i USA) effekter p\u00e5 m\u00e4nniskors k\u00e4nsloliv. Hon har gjort det inom ramen f\u00f6r forskningen p\u00e5 universitetets Well Being Lab.<br \/>\n&quot;M\u00e4nniskor f\u00e5r helt enkelt semester fr\u00e5n sina problem&quot;, s\u00e4ger hon i intervjun. &quot;De kan gl\u00f6mma det som oroar dem, och de g\u00e5r in i n\u00e5got som f\u00f6r stunden ger dem energi. Det leder till att deras sinnesst\u00e4mning &apos;repareras&apos;.&quot;<br \/>\nHon har studerat 60 kvinnor som led av stress i olika utstr\u00e4ckning, och hon bad dem att \u00e4gna sig \u00e5t textilhandarbete, l\u00e4sa eller meditera (det verkar som om alla provade alla tre). Under de olika aktiviteterna iakttog kvinnorna sj\u00e4lva sina sinnesst\u00e4mningar. Forskarna tog ocks\u00e5 salivprover, h\u00f6ll koll p\u00e5 deras hj\u00e4rtfrekvens och m\u00e4tte ytterligare en sak som kunde p\u00e5verkas.<br \/>\nSedan j\u00e4mf\u00f6rde Ann Futterman-Collier effekten av de tre olika aktiviteterna.
