Full av underbara id\u00e9er, tips, ber\u00e4ttelser och recept fr\u00e5n alla m\u00f6jliga h\u00e5ll \u00e4r den i alla fall, och med Magnus Aronsons bilder och Maria Mannbergs formgivning brukar det bli fint!<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 v\u00e5r det av arbetet med boken \u00e4r klart (det \u00e4r alltid lite sv\u00e5rt att v\u00e4nta p\u00e5 tryckeriets del av arbetet bara), men det inneb\u00e4r ju inte att \u00e4mnet \u00e4r utt\u00f6mt.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4romdagen fick jag en rolig artikel fr\u00e5n G\u00f6teborgs-Posten. En restaurang\u00e4gare i G\u00f6teborg blir s\u00e5 irriterad p\u00e5 buff\u00e9g\u00e4ster som tar mer mat \u00e4n de kan \u00e4ta att han bara serverar efterr\u00e4tt till dem som har \u00e4tit upp. L\u00e4s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gp.se\/nyheter\/goteborg\/1.680829-slangde-mat-nekades-dessert\" target=\"_blank\">h\u00e4r<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>Och gener\u00f6se kocken Andrew Hunter i Los Angeles skickade tips om en artikel i New York Times d\u00e4r odlare och matlagare ber\u00e4ttar om hur man verkligen kan ta vara p\u00e5 sk\u00f6rden p\u00e5 g\u00e5rden eller i tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rden eller fr\u00e5n torget eller fr\u00e5n aff\u00e4ren ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att sl\u00e4nga h\u00e4lften. Underbar inspiration allts\u00e5 &#8212; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2011\/07\/27\/dining\/thats-not-trash-thats-dinner.html?_r=2&amp;ref=dining\" target=\"_blank\">h\u00e4r<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>Antimatsvinnsaktivisten Tristram Stuart i Storbritannien har f\u00e5tt ett stort pris f\u00f6r sitt arbete, The Sophie Prize (uppkallat efter huvudpersonen i Jostein Gaarders bok <em>Sofies v\u00e4rld<\/em>).
