{"id":20060,"date":"2026-01-10T06:03:00","date_gmt":"2026-01-10T05:03:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bloggar.hemmetsjournal.se\/anna\/?p=20060"},"modified":"2026-01-10T20:42:46","modified_gmt":"2026-01-10T19:42:46","slug":"att-borja-aret-med-citroner","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bloggar.hemmetsjournal.se\/anna\/2026\/att-borja-aret-med-citroner\/","title":{"rendered":"Att b\u00f6rja \u00e5ret med citroner"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen var det inte ens s\u00e5 att jag hade f\u00e5tt citroner i mitt fruktl\u00e5deabonnemang och var tvungen att hitta p\u00e5 n\u00e5got s\u00e4tt att anv\u00e4nda dem &#8212; det var faktiskt s\u00e5 att den citronmarmelad jag hade kokat f\u00f6rra g\u00e5ngen hade tagit slut, och min sv\u00e4gerska ville g\u00e4rna ha mer, och det r\u00e5kade bli s\u00e5 att vi kunde g\u00e5 och handla tillsammans p\u00e5 ny\u00e5rsdagens eftermiddag, s\u00e5 d\u00e5 best\u00e4mde vi att jag skulle g\u00f6ra en sats till!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lika enkelt som tidigare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>de citroner man har (jag k\u00f6pte tv\u00e5 n\u00e4t och tv\u00e5 stora ekologiska, och sedan tog jag tv\u00e5 till ur fruktkorgen hemma)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>syltsocker och vanligt socker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>om man vill: sparade citrusskal fr\u00e5n citrusfrukter som tv\u00e4ttades noggrant innan de skalades &#8212; kan l\u00e4ggas i burk i frysen s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>om man vill: andra citrusfrukter som r\u00e5kar finnas hemma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>om man vill: ingef\u00e4ra (f\u00e4rsk eller malen)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tv\u00e4tta citronerna och eventuell \u00f6vrig frukt noggrant. Peta bort f\u00e4stena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4gg en sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da p\u00e5 en stor bricka och sk\u00e4r all frukt i s\u00e5 sm\u00e5 bitar du orkar. Peta bort alla k\u00e4rnor som syns. Om du har extra skal, sk\u00e4r det s\u00e5 sm\u00e5tt du orkar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4gg fruktbitarna i en gryta, h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 den fruktsaft som har samlats p\u00e5 brickan och h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vatten s\u00e5 att det n\u00e5r upp till kanske en fj\u00e4rdedel av fruktm\u00e4ngden. Koka upp, r\u00f6r om ofta och l\u00e5t koka tills alla skalbitar ser lite genomskinliga ut. Det kommer att f\u00e4llas ut mycket v\u00e4tska ur fruktbitarna. Plocka bort eventuella k\u00e4rnor som flyter upp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta bort grytan fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen, l\u00e5t den svalna n\u00e5got och k\u00f6r med stavmixer s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge du orkar. Ta bort stavmixern, r\u00f6r om och l\u00e5t dig f\u00f6rbluffas av hur m\u00e5nga bitar som \u00e4nd\u00e5 fanns kvar &#8230; Upprepa ett par g\u00e5nger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koka upp fruktmassan igen och r\u00f6r ner syltsocker. R\u00f6r om, v\u00e4nta lite och se om det beh\u00f6vs mer f\u00f6r konsistensens skull &#8212; j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med paketets anvisningar brukar jag inte ens g\u00f6ra l\u00e4ttsockrad marmelad utan n\u00f6ja mig med mindre. Om konsistensen \u00e4r bra men smaken lite f\u00f6r sur g\u00e5r det fint att smaka av med vanligt str\u00f6socker. Vill man r\u00f6r ner ingef\u00e4ra tror jag att det \u00e4r b\u00e4st att g\u00f6ra det h\u00e4r s\u00e5 att inga goda egenskaper kokar bort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diska glasburkar noggrant och h\u00e4ll upp marmeladen i dem. Ge bort n\u00e4stan alla och skicka med rekommendationen att smaka med sked &#8212; m\u00f6jligen \u00e4r marmeladen godare \u00e4n n\u00e4stan allt godis!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Den fina citronbilden tog Magnus Aronson n\u00e4r vi gjorde en receptbok tillsammans.
