{"id":19319,"date":"2025-06-24T04:16:00","date_gmt":"2025-06-24T02:16:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bloggar.hemmetsjournal.se\/anna\/?p=19319"},"modified":"2025-06-22T16:49:09","modified_gmt":"2025-06-22T14:49:09","slug":"lingonrutor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bloggar.hemmetsjournal.se\/anna\/2025\/lingonrutor\/","title":{"rendered":"Lingonrutor"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>I midsommarveckan var jag p\u00e5 Folkets Hus i Kosta och bakade l\u00e5ngpannerutor igen &#8212; det ska n\u00e4mligen vara torsdagsfika d\u00e4r under sommaren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kladdkaka med havregryn \u00e4r f\u00f6rst\u00e5s ett standardrecept, och jag gjorde tre s\u00e5dana l\u00e5ngpannor den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tidigare har jag oftast ocks\u00e5 bakat ingef\u00e4rsrutor, men n\u00e5gra av de trogna sopplunchsg\u00e4sterna gillar inte alls ingef\u00e4ra, s\u00e5 jag lovade att hitta p\u00e5 n\u00e5got annat den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En l\u00e5ngpanna med bl\u00e5b\u00e4rsrutor misslyckades p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4tt som jag fortfarande f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker f\u00f6rst\u00e5 &#8212; de blev goda och kn\u00e4ckiga men tog j\u00e4ttel\u00e5ng tid i ugnen och s\u00e5g inte alls ut som jag hade t\u00e4nkt, kanske beror det b\u00e5de p\u00e5 att bl\u00e5b\u00e4r blir bl\u00f6ta i ugnen och p\u00e5 att jag anv\u00e4nde fiberhavregryn &#8212; men de h\u00e4r lingonrutorna blev fina och goda. Bred och tryck ut smeten till ett j\u00e4mnt lager i en bakpl\u00e5tspapperskl\u00e4dd l\u00e5ngpanna &#8212; enklare om du spolar h\u00e4nderna i kallt vatten f\u00f6rst eller l\u00e4gger ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper ovanp\u00e5 smeten medan du trycker ut den. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6rdela lingon, f\u00e4rska eller frysta, ovanp\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda kakan i 175 grader tills den blir ljusbrun \u2014 det tog lite mer \u00e4n 20 minuter i den ugn jag anv\u00e4nde, och jag tror att det ocks\u00e5 beror p\u00e5 att b\u00e4ren sl\u00e4pper ifr\u00e5n sig v\u00e4tska. K\u00e4nn med en fingertopp s\u00e5 att ytan har stelnat och inte klibbar. Kakan stelnar n\u00e4r den svalnar!
