Det ska allts\u00e5 vara v\u00e4ldigt mycket havregryn i dem, och f\u00f6rh\u00e5llandevis lite bakpulver &#8212; de puffar upp sig i ugnen och sjunker ihop n\u00e4r de kommer ut. Sedan blir de sega. Kanterna blir lite kn\u00e4ckiga, men jag la inte undan dem den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen, f\u00f6r en del tycker att de \u00e4r det allra godaste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det nya \u00e4r att jag ersatte en del av havregrynen med havrekli. Till och med den ganska lilla Coop-butiken i Kosta har ekologiskt havrekli. Jag blev f\u00f6rv\u00e5nad att det kostade s\u00e5 mycket mer \u00e4n havregrynen som det gjorde, men jag ville prova, och det blev helt perfekt!<br><br>en ugnsstor l\u00e5ngpanna full (smeten r\u00e4cker annars fint till till exempel tv\u00e5 springformar, man f\u00e5r bara anpassa gr\u00e4ddningstiden)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>250 g sm\u00f6r<br>7 dl havregryn<br>2 dl havrekli<br>5 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br>1 dl ljus sirap<br>5 dl str\u00f6socker<br>2 \u00e4gg<br>2 msk bakpulver<br>1 msk ingef\u00e4ra<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en ganska stor gryta och r\u00f6r ner \u00f6vriga ingredienser. Tryck ut smeten, som \u00e4r mer som en deg, j\u00e4mnt i en bakpl\u00e5tspapperskl\u00e4dd l\u00e5ngpanna (jag brukar spola h\u00e4nderna i kallt vatten f\u00f6r att minska klibbandet n\u00e5got).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda kakan i 175 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme tills den har f\u00e5tt lite f\u00e4rg. K\u00e4nn snabbt med en fingertopp p\u00e5 mitten s\u00e5 att det har blivit gr\u00e4ddningsyta d\u00e4r ocks\u00e5 &#8212; kanterna f\u00e5r ju f\u00e4rg snabbt och blir h\u00e5rdare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta ut kakan ur ugnen, och bli inte r\u00e4dd n\u00e4r den sjunker ihop. Det \u00e4r po\u00e4ngen!
