S\u00e5 vackert och vision\u00e4rt!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag fr\u00e5gade om receptet, och Elna f\u00f6rklarade att hennes mamma anv\u00e4nde ett helt vanligt, klippt ur en gammal tidning, och att det \u00e4r marsanpulvret som \u00e4r den lilla hemligheten. H\u00e4r kommer det:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ca 40 hallongrottor<br>Ugn: 175 grader, ca 15 minuter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>250 g\u00a0sm\u00f6r<br>1\u00bd dl\u00a0str\u00f6socker<br>4 dl\u00a0vetemj\u00f6l<br>1 dl\u00a0marsanpulver <br>1\u00bd tsk\u00a0bakpulver<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>fyllning:<br>1&#8211;1\u00bd dl hallonsylt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>dessutom beh\u00f6vs:<br>ca 40 sm\u00e5br\u00f6dsformar, allts\u00e5 veckade formar med en diameter p\u00e5 ungef\u00e4r 4\u00bd centimeter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta fram sm\u00f6ret i god tid s\u00e5 att det blir mjukt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00f6r ihop sm\u00f6r och socker s\u00e5 att det blir en por\u00f6s massa.
