Inez var en person som alla i Mohedatrakten k\u00e4nde, dels f\u00f6r att hon i m\u00e5nga \u00e5r drev f\u00e4rghandeln i Moheda, dels f\u00f6r att hon var s\u00e5 otroligt v\u00e4nlig och glad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 minnesstunden ber\u00e4ttade en av hennes yngre sl\u00e4ktingar om ett fika hemma hos en v\u00e4n med n\u00e5got s\u00e5 v\u00e4ldigt gott hembakat. N\u00e4r hon (den yngre sl\u00e4ktingen) fr\u00e5gade om receptet fick hon veta att det fanns med i en bok som heter <em>Kyrkkaffe<\/em> och att det kom fr\u00e5n en som hette Inez Borsl\u00f6v!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu tycker jag mig minnas att det var Inez som skickade mig ett recept &#8212; kanske en mjuk kaka &#8212; som hon alltid bakade tre av: en att bjuda p\u00e5 direkt, en att l\u00e4gga i frysen och en att ge bort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men det recept som jag hittade direkt n\u00e4r jag bl\u00e4ddrade nu var krossbr\u00f6den, s\u00e5 de kommer h\u00e4r!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Krossbr\u00f6d<\/strong><br>Riktigt, riktigt nyttigt kan kyrkkaffet bli om man ers\u00e4tter frallorna med detta br\u00f6d fyllt av grova korn, kross och fr\u00f6n. Det g\u00e5r bra att sk\u00e4ra limporna i tunna skivor, intygar Inez Borsl\u00f6v i Moheda, som brukar baka efter receptet.<br>Den h\u00e4r satsen r\u00e4cker till tv\u00e5 br\u00f6d &#8212; vill man baka bara ett halverar man receptet och anpassar gr\u00e4ddningstiden s\u00e5 mycket som det beh\u00f6vs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>tv\u00e5 limpor<br>Ugn: 150 grader, ca 90 minuter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 1\/4 dl r\u00e5gkross<br>3 1\/4 dl vetekross<br>2 \u00bd dl linfr\u00f6<br>2 dl russin<br>1 \u00bd dl vetekli<br>8 \u00bd dl vetemj\u00f6l<br>1 msk bikarbonat<br>1 l filmj\u00f6lk<br>2 \u00bd dl m\u00f6rk sirap<br><br>Blanda alla ingredienser. Sm\u00f6rj och br\u00f6a tv\u00e5 1,5-litersformar. Klicka degen i formarna och j\u00e4mna till.
