Jag hade k\u00f6pt en av Willys fruktl\u00e5dor med \u00e4pplen, bananer, apelsiner och limefrukter f\u00f6r \u00e4pplenas och bananernas skull (jag m\u00e5r inte s\u00e5 bra och har kommit p\u00e5 att smoothie \u00e4r det jag kan f\u00e5 i mig p\u00e5 morgonen), och apelsiner kan jag \u00e4ta upp utan vidare, men jag ville inte sl\u00e4nga limefrukterna den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen heller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6re jul gjorde jag en sats med ingef\u00e4ra i. Den blev lite f\u00f6r stark &#8212; s\u00e5 stark att jag inte ville ge bort den till n\u00e5gon utan petade i mig den skedvis och \u00f6vertalade mig sj\u00e4lv att ingef\u00e4ra och citrus nog m\u00e5ste vara bra f\u00f6r mig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag k\u00f6pte till ett n\u00e4t med icke-utg\u00e5ngna ekologiska apelsiner f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 lite mer balans i m\u00e4ngderna och la till tv\u00e5 \u00e4pplen i hopp om att pektinet skulle hj\u00e4lpa till med konsistensen. Nu vet jag inte om det var det eller syltsockret som gjorde susen, men konsistensen blev verkligen helt perfekt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Limefrukternas skal \u00e4r s\u00e5 sega att min matberedare inte lyckas finf\u00f6rdela dem som resten. Om man inte st\u00e5r ut med det kan man fiska upp dem och sl\u00e4nga dem. Jag fiskade ist\u00e4llet upp dem och klippte dem i sm\u00e5bitar innan jag blandade ner dem igen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tre burkar har jag gett bort, och tv\u00e5 fina meddelanden om hur otroligt god marmeladen \u00e4r har jag f\u00e5tt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Matr\u00e4ddarmarmelad \u00e4r verkligen en rekommendation!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>F\u00f6rra veckan gjorde jag matr\u00e4ddarmarmelad igen!
