N\u00e4r jag skulle g\u00e5 hem pratade vi om att det var v\u00e4ldigt halt och att man m\u00e5ste g\u00e5 f\u00f6rsiktigt. Det gjorde jag &#8212; och \u00e4nd\u00e5 ramlade jag. Men det gick bra. Puh!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den h\u00e4r pajen \u00e4r lite st\u00f6rre \u00e4n mitt &#8221;standardrecept&#8221; men har ocks\u00e5 mer gr\u00f6nsaksfyllning, s\u00e5 jag anv\u00e4nde standardm\u00e4ngden \u00e4ggstanning. Om det beh\u00f6vs kan man fylla p\u00e5 med ett eller tv\u00e5 \u00e4gg och en eller tv\u00e5 deciliter mj\u00f6lk till.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anledningen till att jag ugnsbakar zucchinibitarna \u00e4r att det kan bli lite bl\u00f6tt med f\u00e4rsk eller f\u00f6rv\u00e4lld zucchini i en paj. Prova p\u00e5 det h\u00e4r s\u00e4ttet och se vad du och g\u00e4sterna tycker!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"900\" src=\"https:\/\/bloggar.hemmetsjournal.se\/anna\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/01\/DSC_2617-mindre.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18602\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bloggar.hemmetsjournal.se\/anna\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/01\/DSC_2617-mindre.jpg 600w, https:\/\/bloggar.hemmetsjournal.se\/anna\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/01\/DSC_2617-mindre-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Kylsk\u00e5p: ca 30 minuter<br>Ugn: 175 grader i ca 15 + 15 + ca 45 minuter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>pajdeg:<br>150 g sm\u00f6r<br>1\u00bd dl havregryn<br>3 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br>lite salt<br>3\/4 dl vatten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>fyllning:<br>tre sm\u00e5 zucchini<br>olja (till exempel olivolja)<br>\u00f6rtsalt<br>en stor purjol\u00f6k eller en och en halv liten<br>100 g gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l <br>vatten och tv\u00e5 buljongt\u00e4rningar (eller salt)<br>ca 200 g riven ost (jag anv\u00e4nde Humlan igen)<br>3 \u00e4gg<br>3 dl mj\u00f6lk<br>ca 1 msk vetemj\u00f6l<br>salt och peppar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sk\u00e4r sm\u00f6ret i kuber och l\u00e4gg dem i en bunke eller i en matberedarsk\u00e5l. Tills\u00e4tt havregryn, vetemj\u00f6l, salt och vatten och arbeta ihop till en deg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tryck ut degen i en pajform och st\u00e4ll den att vila i kylsk\u00e5p i ungef\u00e4r en halvtimme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sk\u00e4r under tiden zucchini i ganska tunna skivor och dela dem i fj\u00e4rdedelar. Bred ut bitarna p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t t\u00e4ckt med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Ringla lite olja \u00f6ver, str\u00f6 \u00f6ver \u00f6rtsalt, r\u00f6r om och j\u00e4mna till. Ungsbaka dem i 175 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme i ungef\u00e4r en kvart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6rgr\u00e4dda sedan pajskalet i ungef\u00e4r en kvart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sk\u00e4r under tiden gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len i bitar och ta bort det gr\u00f6vsta p\u00e5 stj\u00e4lkarna. Sk\u00e4r purjol\u00f6ken (b\u00e5de det vita och det mesta av det gr\u00f6na) i centimeterbreda strimlor. Koka upp vatten med buljongt\u00e4rningar eller salt i en gryta. Koka gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l och purjol\u00f6k i buljongen i n\u00e5gra minuter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta upp purjol\u00f6k och gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l ur buljongen och l\u00e5t bitarna rinna av lite. L\u00e4gg dem i en bunke och blanda dem med ungef\u00e4r h\u00e4lften av den rivna osten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vispa ihop \u00e4gg, mj\u00f6lk, mj\u00f6l, peppar och salt till \u00e4ggstanningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta ut pajskalet ur ugnen men l\u00e5t ugnen vara p\u00e5slagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6rdela purjol\u00f6ksblandningen i skalet, l\u00e4gg zucchinibitarna ovanp\u00e5, h\u00e4ll \u00e4ggstanningen \u00f6ver och str\u00f6 resten av den rivna osten \u00f6ver hela ytan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda pajen i 175 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme.
