{"id":18485,"date":"2024-12-04T09:20:42","date_gmt":"2024-12-04T08:20:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bloggar.hemmetsjournal.se\/anna\/?p=18485"},"modified":"2024-12-04T19:45:13","modified_gmt":"2024-12-04T18:45:13","slug":"katarinas-apelsinrutor-lite-reviderade","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bloggar.hemmetsjournal.se\/anna\/2024\/katarinas-apelsinrutor-lite-reviderade\/","title":{"rendered":"Katarinas apelsinrutor, lite reviderade"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Till den f\u00f6rsta s\u00f6ndagen i advent m\u00e5ste det ju vara kyrkkaffe som r\u00e4cker till m\u00e5nga!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag fick lite oplanerat uppdraget att baka till en ganska stor f\u00f6rsamling &#8212; hade jag sagt nej hade nog n\u00e5gon annan gjort det, men jag sa inte nej, och vi var fyra som hj\u00e4lptes \u00e5t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eftersom det redan var best\u00e4mt att det skulle bli ljusa kladdkakerutor med saffran, och eftersom kladdkaka med havregryn har serverats m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger d\u00e4r, f\u00f6reslog jag apelsinrutor, Katarinas version med mos av hela apelsiner i. Och f\u00f6r b\u00e5de smakbrytningens och utseendets skull ringlade vi m\u00f6rk choklad \u00f6ver dem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r mycket mj\u00f6l, m\u00e5nga \u00e4gg och mycket socker i det h\u00e4r receptet, s\u00e5 jag funderade ett tag p\u00e5 att inte anv\u00e4nda all smet i en och samma l\u00e5ngpanna. Sedan gjorde jag det \u00e4nd\u00e5, och det blev alldeles lagom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e4r kommer receptet i en aningen reviderad version!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det som inte alls \u00e4r reviderat \u00e4r omd\u00f6met om smeten: en av de absolut godaste kaksmetar jag har smakat. Peta bort alla k\u00e4rnor. L\u00e4gg bitarna i en matberedare och k\u00f6r dem till ett mer eller mindre sl\u00e4tt mos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e4t upp sockret och h\u00e4ll det i apelsinmoset i matberedaren tillsammans med \u00e4ggen. K\u00f6r till en j\u00e4mn smet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e4ll apelsinsmeten i grytan och r\u00f6r om. Blanda vetemj\u00f6let med bakpulvret, r\u00f6r ner ocks\u00e5 detta och r\u00f6r till en j\u00e4mn smet.<br><br>H\u00e4ll smeten i en papperskl\u00e4dd l\u00e5ngpanna och gr\u00e4dda i 175 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme i ungef\u00e4r 20 minuter &#8212; kakan ska f\u00e5 en aning f\u00e4rg p\u00e5 kanterna, men den \u00e4r som synes ganska ljus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e5t den svalna. Sm\u00e4lt chokladen och ringla den \u00f6ver kakan.
