(Jag plockade ner s\u00e5 mycket jag kunde fr\u00e5n grenarna f\u00f6r att skona dem lite.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e4romdagen satte en av mina br\u00f6der fram \u00e4pplen till sin fyra\u00e5ring, och fyra\u00e5ringen sa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8221;\u00c4r de svenska? Och \u00e4r de saftiga?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De h\u00e4r helt namnl\u00f6sa \u00e4pplena \u00e4r just det!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r stora problem med angrepp p\u00e5 tr\u00e4den i den h\u00e4r tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rden, s\u00e5 jag sk\u00e4r bort massor av skadat fruktk\u00f6tt och skalar och k\u00e4rnar ur samtidigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sedan f\u00e5r klyftorna koka s\u00f6nder med s\u00e5 lite vatten som m\u00f6jligt, och n\u00e4r de \u00e4r n\u00e4stan helt mosiga r\u00f6r jag ner ett par deciliter syltsocker eller socker och kokar lite till. De sista bitarna g\u00e5r s\u00f6nder n\u00e4r man r\u00f6r om.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen blev det inga bilder av de f\u00e4rdiga burkarna, men jag gjorde nog ungef\u00e4r tio omg\u00e5ngar p\u00e5 en och en halv liter vardera, puh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Och mitt favorittrick \u00e4r fortfarande detsamma: ett par teskedar mald ingef\u00e4ra p\u00e5 slutet.
