Kan det verkligen vara s\u00e5 att det \u00e4r om\u00f6jligt att bed\u00f6ma lime\u00e5tg\u00e5ngen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag anv\u00e4nder inte heller s\u00e4rskilt mycket lime, men nu hade jag f\u00e5tt n\u00e5gra citroner ocks\u00e5, och tv\u00e5 apelsinn\u00e4t. Dessutom hade jag chans att anv\u00e4nda en gryta som \u00e4r betydligt st\u00f6rre \u00e4n mina egna kastruller. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5 d\u00e5 best\u00e4mde jag mig f\u00f6r att koka matr\u00e4ddarmarmelad igen. Jag har gjort det i kastrull n\u00e5gra g\u00e5nger, men att ta hand om allt p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng tilltalade mig!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konsistensen blev helt perfekt n\u00e4r marmeladen v\u00e4l var klar &#8212; under tiden den kokade och innan den var mixad var jag lite orolig f\u00f6r att den skulle bli f\u00f6r l\u00f6s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag h\u00e4llde den i stora burkar eftersom det var de som rymde den. N\u00e4r den ska anv\u00e4ndas kommer den att flyttas \u00f6ver i en mindre burk med en mycket ren sked. Ett s\u00e4tt att f\u00f6rvara effektivt utan att riskera att den blir d\u00e5lig. Sk\u00e4r dem s\u00e5 sm\u00e5tt det g\u00e5r och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver i grytan ofta s\u00e5 att inte fruktsaften hinner rinna iv\u00e4g.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vattnet, koka upp och l\u00e5t koka p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i ungef\u00e4r en halvtimme &#8212; r\u00f6r om ibland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00f6r ner sockret och forts\u00e4tt koka i ungef\u00e4r en kvart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e5t marmeladen svalna s\u00e5 att den \u00e4r \u00e5tminstone s\u00e5 sval som ljummen.
