De h\u00e4r rutorna borde passa v\u00e4ldigt bra med en liten gr\u00e4ddklick och s\u00e5s p\u00e5 v\u00e4rmda och passerade hallon, och man kanske lika g\u00e4rna kan peta ner hallon i smeten innan man gr\u00e4ddar kakan, eller anv\u00e4nda smeten som lock till en hallonsmulpaj?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>en l\u00e5ngpanna full<br>Ugn: 175 grader<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 dl honung (eller sirap om du vet att n\u00e5gon \u00e4r k\u00e4nslig mot honung)<br>250 g sm\u00f6r (eller laktosfritt sm\u00f6r, eller mj\u00f6lkfritt margarin)<br>7 dl fiberhavregryn (eller \u201drent havre\u201d om du bakar \u00e5t n\u00e5gon som inte t\u00e5l gluten)<br>5 dl vetemj\u00f6l (grov glutenfri mj\u00f6lmix om du bakar \u00e5t n\u00e5gon som inte t\u00e5l gluten)<br>5 dl socker<br>2 \u00e4gg<br>1 msk bakpulver<br>1 msk malen eller st\u00f6tt kardemumma<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta fram honungen i god tid s\u00e5 att den hinner bli mjuk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en stor gryta, l\u00e5t det sm\u00e4lta lite och r\u00f6r ner honungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00f6r sedan ner alla torra ingredienser och till sist \u00e4ggen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det blir en ganska tjock smet, n\u00e4stan som en grynig pajdeg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bred ut smeten i en bakpl\u00e5tspapperskl\u00e4dd l\u00e5ngpanna. Jag brukar spola h\u00e4nderna i kallt vatten och trycka ut med dem, men de blir \u00e4nd\u00e5 ganska klibbigt &#8212; man kan ju ocks\u00e5 stryka ut degen mellan tv\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda i 175 grader tills kakan blir ljusbrun &#8212; det brukar ta 20\u201330 minuter. Den stelnar n\u00e4r den svalnar!
