Det gick bra!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En id\u00e9 som jag inte har provat \u00e4n \u00e4r att anv\u00e4nda smeten som utg\u00e5ngspunkt f\u00f6r en \u00e4ppelkaka (genom att sticka ner \u00e4ppelklyftor i den). En annan \u00e4r att anv\u00e4nda den som smulpajslock till en \u00e4ppelpaj (med massor av \u00e4ppelklyfor i botten av formen). Kanske n\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De h\u00e4r rutorna blir i alla fall efterr\u00e4tt p\u00e5 Folkets hus-soppluncherna i h\u00f6st.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>en l\u00e5ngpanna full<br>Ugn: 175 grader<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 dl honung<br>250 g sm\u00f6r (eller laktosfritt sm\u00f6r, eller mj\u00f6lkfritt margarin)<br>7 dl havregryn (\u201drent havre\u201d om du bakar \u00e5t n\u00e5gon som inte t\u00e5l gluten)<br>5 dl vetemj\u00f6l (grov glutenfri mj\u00f6lmix om du bakar \u00e5t n\u00e5gon som inte t\u00e5l gluten)<br>5 dl socker<br>2 \u00e4gg<br>1 msk bakpulver<br>1 msk malen kanel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta fram honungen i god tid s\u00e5 att den hinner bli mjuk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en stor gryta, l\u00e5t det svalna lite och r\u00f6r ner honungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00f6r sedan ner alla torra ingredienser och till sist \u00e4ggen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det blir en ganska tjock smet, n\u00e4stan som en grynig pajdeg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bred ut smeten i en bakpl\u00e5tspapperskl\u00e4dd l\u00e5ngpanna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda i 175 grader tills kakan blir ljusbrun, 20\u201330 minuter. Den stelnar n\u00e4r den svalnar!
