Paj blir n\u00e4stan alltid gott, tycker jag, men det var n\u00e5got extra med den h\u00e4r. Bild l\u00e5nad fr\u00e5n Cerveras webbutik<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi b\u00f6rjar med mitt b\u00e4sta pajdegstrick:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sk\u00e4r sm\u00f6ret i kuber redan i sm\u00f6rf\u00f6rpackningen &#8212; det vill s\u00e4ga, sk\u00e4r s\u00e5 tunna skivor som det g\u00e5r fram till markeringen, sk\u00e4r dem i tunna stavar och st\u00e4ll sedan paketet p\u00e5 h\u00f6gkant och sk\u00e4r stavarna i kuber, s\u00e5 sm\u00e5 som det g\u00e5r. V\u00e4lt sedan \u00f6ver allihop eller alltihop i en degsk\u00e5l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi forts\u00e4tter med mitt n\u00e4st b\u00e4sta pajdelstrick:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arbeta ihop pajdegen med hj\u00e4lp av ett plastredskap som ser ut som p\u00e5 bilden h\u00e4r ovanf\u00f6r ifall du har ett. Mina f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar bor p\u00e5 en ort d\u00e4r det finns en enorm s\u00e5 kallad outletgalleria, s\u00e5 jag k\u00f6pte deras f\u00f6r n\u00e5gra \u00e5r sedan i en butik d\u00e4r det finns mycket Fiskars-saker, och den reades kanske ut f\u00f6r att ingen f\u00f6rstod att den inte var en misslyckad blomvas. Nu har jag f\u00f6rst\u00e5tt att den \u00e4r t\u00e4nkt till k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs. Men den \u00e4r perfekt till degar med mycket sm\u00f6r i!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tryck ut degen i en pajform och st\u00e4ll den att vila i kylsk\u00e5pet i ungef\u00e4r en halvtimme. Du beh\u00f6ver inte diska degsk\u00e5len \u00e4n om du inte mycket g\u00e4rna vill &#8212; det g\u00e5r bra att anv\u00e4nda den som den \u00e4r till \u00e4ggstanningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6rgr\u00e4dda den sedan i ugnen, 175 grader varm, i ungef\u00e4r tio minuter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sk\u00e4r champinjonerna i \u00e5ttondelar eller fj\u00e4rdedelar och l\u00e4gg dem i pajformen. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver purjol\u00f6ksstrimlorna, r\u00f6r om och j\u00e4mna till. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver gr\u00f6nk\u00e5lsbitarna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vispa ihop \u00e4ggstanning p\u00e5 \u00e4gg, mj\u00f6l, lite mj\u00f6l, salt och peppar i degsk\u00e5len. Passa noga (gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len kan bli m\u00f6rk) och s\u00e4nk v\u00e4rmen om ytan ser klar ut men det skvalpar under den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e5t pajen svalna lite och servera den med n\u00e5got som inte \u00e4r en gr\u00f6nk\u00e5lssallad och som ger lite f\u00e4rg \u00e5t m\u00e5ltiden (gratinerad mat \u00e4r verkligen inte s\u00e5 rolig att titta p\u00e5!), till exempel morotsstavar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Den h\u00e4r pajen gjorde min mamma (som satte fram n\u00e5gra ingredienser p\u00e5 k\u00f6ksb\u00e4nken) och jag (som tog hand om resten) till en lunch med delar av tre delar av familjen, s\u00e5 att s\u00e4ga, h\u00e4romdagen.
