Vi anv\u00e4nde en fruktm\u00fcsli som fanns bland det som en liten Coop-butik ville s\u00e4lja ut &#8212; vet inte om det var f\u00f6r datumets skull eller f\u00f6r att den sorten inte ska tillverkas mer &#8212; och man kan f\u00f6rst\u00e5s g\u00f6ra en ungef\u00e4r likadan, m\u00fcsli allts\u00e5, hemma. Den som vi hade inneh\u00f6ll ananas, papaya, russin och pumpafr\u00f6n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dadelsocker finns ju inte \u00f6verallt men \u00e4r s\u00f6tt och smakrikt ungef\u00e4r som dadlar. Lite mer smak \u00e4n med vanligt str\u00f6socker kan man ocks\u00e5 f\u00e5 med n\u00e5got annat m\u00f6rkt socker, som muscovadosocker eller farinsocker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Och jag hann inte ta n\u00e5gon bild! S\u00e5 retligt, men det gick mycket fort &#8212; inte att \u00e4ta upp alltihop men att packa ner rutorna i l\u00e5dor som skulle ges bort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>en l\u00e5ngpanna full<br>Ugn: 175 grader<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>250 g sm\u00f6r<br>1 dl ljus sirap eller honung<br>2 dl dadelsocker, muscovadosocker eller farinsocker<br>3 dl str\u00f6socker<br>5 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br>1 msk bakpulver<br>1\u00bd msk vaniljsocker<br>1 l fruktm\u00fcsli (eller till exempel 5 dl havregryn, 3 dl r\u00e5gflingor, 1 dl solrosfr\u00f6n och pumpafr\u00f6n, 1 dl hackad torkad frukt eller enbart russin)<br>3 \u00e4gg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en ganska stor gryta (d\u00e5 kan du anv\u00e4nda grytan som bunke till smeten) och l\u00e5t det svalna lite. R\u00f6r ner sirap (eller honung) och socker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e4t upp vetemj\u00f6let och r\u00f6r ner bakpulvret och vaniljsockret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00f6r ner mj\u00f6lblandningen och m\u00fcslin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ggen och r\u00f6r till en j\u00e4mn smet &#8212; se till att inget mj\u00f6l blir liggande utmed grytans botten eller kanter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Platta ut smeten, som \u00e4r mer som en deg, i en l\u00e5ngpanna kl\u00e4dd med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Spola h\u00e4nderna i kallt vatten f\u00f6r att minska klibbandet, eller l\u00e4gg ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper ovanp\u00e5 smeten och stryk ut den med h\u00e4nderna eller kavla den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda kakan i 175 graders ungsv\u00e4rme i ungef\u00e4r 20 minuter &#8212; den ska f\u00e5 lite f\u00e4rg. K\u00e4nn med en fingertopp s\u00e5 att ytan \u00e4r torr.
