Om du vill vara s\u00e4ker p\u00e5 att allt f\u00f6rdelas j\u00e4mnt kan du r\u00f6ra ner bakpulvret och pepparkakskryddorna i vetemj\u00f6let innan du tills\u00e4tter det. Det blir en tung och kompakt smet, mer som en deg eller en grynig pajdeg &#8212; se till att allt blandas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bred och tryck ut smeten i en bakpl\u00e5tspapperskl\u00e4dd l\u00e5ngpanna. Jag brukar spola h\u00e4nderna i kallt vatten innan jag g\u00f6r det (och inte torka dem &#8212; vattnet g\u00f6r att degen inte klibbar fast lika mycket). Vill du kan du ist\u00e4llet platta ut den lite grann p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper, l\u00e4gga ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper ovanp\u00e5 och stryka med h\u00e4nderna eller kavla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda i 175 grader tills kakan blir ljusbrun \u2014 i de ugnar som jag har anv\u00e4nt har det tagit ungef\u00e4r 20 minuter.
