{"id":17229,"date":"2023-11-30T08:50:03","date_gmt":"2023-11-30T07:50:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bloggar.hemmetsjournal.se\/anna\/?p=17229"},"modified":"2023-11-30T09:14:50","modified_gmt":"2023-11-30T08:14:50","slug":"tre-oslagbara","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bloggar.hemmetsjournal.se\/anna\/2023\/tre-oslagbara\/","title":{"rendered":"Tre oslagbara"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>&#8221;Har du tre recept som alltid blir bra?&#8221; fr\u00e5gade en av mina tidigare kolleger i telefonen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Han f\u00f6rklarade att han inte \u00e4r s\u00e5 f\u00f6rtjust i s\u00f6ta saker sj\u00e4lv men att han skulle beh\u00f6va n\u00e5gra p\u00e5litliga recept f\u00f6r tillf\u00e4llen n\u00e4r det \u00e4r han som ska bjuda p\u00e5 n\u00e5got.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu har jag funderat lite, och det var b\u00e5de sv\u00e5rt och inte sv\u00e5rt alls. Det finns mycket som \u00e4r gott och snabbt och enkelt, inte minst bland l\u00e5ngpannerecepten, och ingen av de h\u00e4r kakorna kr\u00e4ver dyra specialingredienser. Det sv\u00e5ra var mest, som i Jane Austens <em>Emma<\/em>, att begr\u00e4nsa det till tre!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bloggar.hemmetsjournal.se\/anna\/2010\/kladdkaka-med-havregryn-standigt-denna-kladdkaka-med-havregryn\/\">Kladdkaka med havregryn<\/a> &#8212; s\u00e5klart! Det var den som kom trea i Kladdkake-SM f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge sedan. Har sedan dess dykt upp i massor av n\u00e4stan-identiska versioner p\u00e5 receptsidor. N\u00e5gra extratips \u00e4r att halv sats blir lagom till en springform, att f\u00e4rsk frukt\/f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r\/passerade b\u00e4r\/glass\/gr\u00e4dde \u00e4r gott till, och att man om man sk\u00e4r bort kanterna har otroligt goda biscotti till glass och annat. P\u00e5 bilden h\u00e4r ovanf\u00f6r har jag gr\u00e4ddat rutorna med frysta hallon p\u00e5. Det g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 fint &#8212; det enda \u00e4r att de kanske h\u00e5ller ihop lite s\u00e4mre. Annars har de en perfekt konsistens som g\u00f6r att det g\u00e5r fint att servera dem utan sked, till och med utan assiett om det skulle vara s\u00e5. Det brukar g\u00e5 bra att baka dem med ren havre och glutenfritt mj\u00f6l och med margarin ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r sm\u00f6r. \u00c4ggen \u00e4r sv\u00e5rare att ers\u00e4tta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bloggar.hemmetsjournal.se\/anna\/2010\/ingefarsrutor-med-massor-av-havregryn\/\">Ingef\u00e4rsrutor <\/a>&#8212; lite ovanliga, och de g\u00f6r succ\u00e9 \u00f6verallt! Eftersom smeten inte riktigt \u00e4r en vanlig kaksmet och eftersom de beter sig lite annorlunda kan det vara bra att baka dem n\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g och se hur l\u00e5ng gr\u00e4ddningstid det beh\u00f6vs i den ugn man har att tillg\u00e5. Halv sats \u00e4r lagom till sprngform. Vill man servera den med gr\u00e4dde eller glass g\u00f6r man det, och vill man servera den med f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r kan man ha kardemumma som smaks\u00e4ttning ist\u00e4llen f\u00f6r ingef\u00e4ra och kombinera med hallon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bloggar.hemmetsjournal.se\/anna\/2013\/cardamom-cake-for-georgia\/\">Kardemummakaka <\/a>&#8212; en vetebr\u00f6dsliknande, \u00e4ggfri kaka att gr\u00e4dda i springform eller gjutj\u00e4rnspanna. Den smular lite mer \u00e4n de f\u00f6rsta tv\u00e5, men st\u00e5r man ut med det kan man dubblera satsen och g\u00f6ra l\u00e5ngpannerutor. Eftersom den inte inneh\u00e5ller \u00e4gg har jag anv\u00e4nt den som utg\u00e5ngspunkt f\u00f6r flera veganversioner, och det har g\u00e5tt fint! Oatlys &#8221;havregurt&#8221; och mj\u00f6lkfritt margarin har jag anv\u00e4nt. F\u00e4rska eller v\u00e4rmda och passerade hallon \u00e4r perfekt till om man vill anstr\u00e4nga sig lite extra. Det g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 att gr\u00e4dda den med b\u00e4ren ditlagda och att ers\u00e4tta kardemumman med kanel eller med ett par matskedar kakao.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoppas att det h\u00e4r blir bra, Mats!
