Hon heter Mor! Visst \u00e4r det lustigt hur inarbetade s\u00e5dana saker \u00e4r?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e4r \u00e4r receptet p\u00e5 hastbullar i l\u00e5ngpanna:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hastrutor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Till min pappas 75-\u00e5rsdag i somras bakade jag och min mamma massor av kanelbullar med sk\u00e5llade havregryn som start. Det blev helt fantastiska bullar, jag rekommenderar verkligen det konceptet, men n\u00e5got recept blev det inte eftersom jag tappade r\u00e4kningen p\u00e5 vetemj\u00f6lsm\u00e4ngden. H\u00e4r kommer ist\u00e4llet en l\u00e5ngpanneversion av de klassiska hastbullarna. Det \u00e4r en sort som g\u00e5r v\u00e4ldigt snabbt att baka och som kan vara en l\u00f6sning n\u00e4r man inte har hunnit, n\u00e4r man har gl\u00f6mt eller n\u00e4r det dyker upp ett fikabehov med kort varsel. Doften och smaken ligger mycket n\u00e4ra \u00e4kta kanelbullars, konsistensen \u00e4r n\u00e5got mellan vetebr\u00f6d och sockerkaka. Godast samma dag som de har gr\u00e4ddats! Vill man kan man mortla kardemummak\u00e4rnor, men jag anv\u00e4nde malen kardemumma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>en l\u00e5ngpanna (ca 30&#215;40 cm) full<br>Ugn: 225 grader, 10\u201315 minuter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br>1\u00bd dl str\u00f6socker (g\u00e4rna r\u00e5r\u00f6rssocker)<br>1 msk bakpulver<br>1 msk kardemumma<br>150 g sm\u00f6r<br>2 \u00e4gg<br>2\u00bd dl mj\u00f6lk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>att str\u00f6 ovanp\u00e5:<br>kanel<br>str\u00f6socker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blanda alla torra ingredienser i en bunke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sk\u00e4r sm\u00f6ret i sm\u00e5 kuber (till exempel genom att skiva det ganska tunt medan det \u00e4r kvar i f\u00f6rpackningen och sedan sk\u00e4ra p\u00e5 ytterligare tv\u00e5 ledder) och nyp ihop dem med mj\u00f6lblandningen till en ganska j\u00e4mn grynig massa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kn\u00e4ck \u00e4ggen och r\u00f6r ner dem tillsammans med mj\u00f6lken. R\u00f6r ihop snabbt till en j\u00e4mn och klibbig deg. (Varning: det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att smaka bara lite!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4gg bakpl\u00e5tspapper i en l\u00e5ngpanna och bred ut degen s\u00e5 j\u00e4mnt det g\u00e5r med slickepott.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda i 225 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme i 10\u201315 minuter \u2013 passa noga!
