Och s\u00e5 en ask champinjoner som skulle anv\u00e4ndas innan de blev d\u00e5liga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Till sist tv\u00e5 stora tomater som jag t\u00e4rnade s\u00e5 mycket jag orkade (det blev nog ganska oj\u00e4mna bitar).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Efter ett tag h\u00e4llde jag p\u00e5 ett par deciliter vatten och ett par matskedar tomat p\u00e5 tub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/bloggar.hemmetsjournal.se\/anna\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/08\/ratatouille-2-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16944\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bloggar.hemmetsjournal.se\/anna\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/08\/ratatouille-2-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/bloggar.hemmetsjournal.se\/anna\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/08\/ratatouille-2-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/bloggar.hemmetsjournal.se\/anna\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/08\/ratatouille-2-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/bloggar.hemmetsjournal.se\/anna\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/08\/ratatouille-2.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Men jag undrar om inte det som f\u00f6rvandlade det hela fr\u00e5n gott till s\u00e5 enormt gott var ett par t\u00e4rningar av en lite udda gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong som jag k\u00f6pte fr\u00e5n Matsmart f\u00f6r ett tag sedan. De ser mest ut som hoptryckta torkade kryddor, de kommer fr\u00e5n Maggi, och den h\u00e4r sorten heter Garden herbs &amp; spices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En del av tricket var s\u00e4kert ocks\u00e5 att jag satte ig\u00e5ng i god tid s\u00e5 att det inte var ett dugg br\u00e5ttom. Pannan kunde st\u00e5 kvar p\u00e5 spisen och puttra l\u00e4nge, och efter ett tag st\u00e4ngde jag av v\u00e4rmen. Egentligen hade jag t\u00e4nkt s\u00e4tta p\u00e5 den igen n\u00e5gra minuter innan vi skulle \u00e4ta, men det blev inte av, och kanske blir ratatouille extra god n\u00e4r den har svalnat bara lite grann.
