L\u00e5t er d\u00e4rf\u00f6r icke avskr\u00e4ckas av de h\u00e4r bilderna! Receptet fick vi fr\u00e5n hans farmor, och det \u00e4r en l\u00e4tt modifierad version av ett som finns eller har funnits p\u00e5 en havregrynsf\u00f6rpackning. Havre \u00e4r ju en bra r\u00e5vara f\u00f6r de flesta barn &#8212; nyttigare \u00e4n vete och dessutom med en smak som m\u00e5nga tycker om. Och sockerfritt \u00e4r ju bra! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det h\u00e4r receptet resulterar i en deg som \u00e4r enkel att hantera, sl\u00e4pper l\u00e4tt fr\u00e5n kaveln och g\u00e5r att kavla ganska tunt ungef\u00e4r som en pepparkaksdeg. Om man inte tycker om att havrefibrerna g\u00f6r kexens kanter lite fransiga kan man prova att h\u00f6ra havregrynen till ett grovt mj\u00f6l i en mixer innan man blandar dem i degen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tre\u00e5ringen tog med en burk kex till en utedag med sina j\u00e4mn\u00e5riga kusiner, och de kex som inte hamnade i burken \u00e5t han och hans familj (inklusive lillebror) upp n\u00e4stan direkt. Alla tyckte om dem! Vill man baka dem som tilltugg till en v\u00e4lkomstdrink eller \u00e4ta dem ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r chips (s\u00e5 goda \u00e4r de) kan man s\u00e4kert blanda en halv eller en hel deciliter riven V\u00e4sterbottensost eller parmesan i smeten. Nyp ihop havregryn, salt och sm\u00f6r till en grynig massa. M\u00e4t upp vetemj\u00f6let, blanda bakpulvret med det och r\u00f6r ner blandningen tillsammans med mj\u00f6lken. Arbeta ihop degen och l\u00e5t den vila i kylsk\u00e5p i 15\u201330 minuter (eller spara den till senare).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4gg ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper p\u00e5 bakbordet och kavla ut en bit deg p\u00e5 det. Det beh\u00f6ver inte bli riktigt lika tunt som till pepparkakor, men ju tunnare, desto spr\u00f6dare kex. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta ut kex med pepparkaksformar, l\u00e4gg tillbaka \u00f6verfl\u00f6dig deg i bunken och flytta is\u00e4r kexen lite om det beh\u00f6vs. Flytta bakpl\u00e5tspapperet till en pl\u00e5t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forts\u00e4tt med att kavla och ta ut kex tills all deg har g\u00e5tt \u00e5t och gr\u00e4dda under tiden &#8212; 200 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme, passa noga, ta ut dem n\u00e4r kanterna b\u00f6rjar f\u00e5 f\u00e4rg.
