P\u00e5sar med russin och mandel till gl\u00f6ggen kostade pl\u00f6tsligt n\u00e4stan ingenting. Och m\u00f6rkt br\u00f6d med russin och n\u00f6tter i \u00e4r ju s\u00e5 gott. Varf\u00f6r inte med russin och mandel d\u00e5?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r allts\u00e5 ingen gl\u00f6gg i det h\u00e4r br\u00f6det, bara gl\u00f6ggens russin och mandlar, men jag funderar p\u00e5 att prova med n\u00e5got av gl\u00f6ggkryddorna ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r br\u00f6dkryddorna n\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng. Vilka ska jag b\u00f6rja med?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e4r \u00e4r receptet!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>tv\u00e5 limpor<br>Ugn: 175\u00b0, ca 90 minuter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br>3 dl fint r\u00e5gmj\u00f6l<br>2 dl havregryn<br>1 dl r\u00e5gkross<br>3 dl russin-och-mandel, en p\u00e5se p\u00e5 200 g (eller 2 dl russin och 1 dl hackad mandel\/hackade n\u00f6tter)<br>1\u00bd msk bikarbonat<br>1\u00bd tsk salt<br>1\u00bd tsk br\u00f6dkryddor<br>1 dl ljus sirap eller honung<br>1 l filmj\u00f6lk eller yoghurt<br>1 dl vatten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>till br\u00f6dformarna:<br>olja eller sm\u00f6r<br>havregryn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blanda f\u00f6rst alla torra ingredienser i en bunke. R\u00f6r sedan ner sirap eller honung (om du har fast honung, v\u00e4rm den lite s\u00e5 att den blir mjuk) och filmj\u00f6lk eller yoghurt. H\u00e4ll vattnet i fil- eller yoghurtf\u00f6rpackningen, skaka ordentligt och h\u00e4ll detta ocks\u00e5 i bunken. R\u00f6r ihop allt till en j\u00e4mn, l\u00f6s deg eller tjock smet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sm\u00f6rj och br\u00f6a tv\u00e5 1\u00bd-litersbr\u00f6dformar och f\u00f6rdela smeten i dem. J\u00e4mna till den med en slickepott. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda limporna i 175 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme i ungef\u00e4r en och en halv timme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta ut dem, l\u00e5t dem vila i ungef\u00e4r fem minuter och v\u00e4lt upp dem p\u00e5 galler.
