Men en sak som har retat mig ett tag \u00e4r att en liter fil eller yoghurt \u00e4r lagom till tv\u00e5 limpor och att man visserligen kan kl\u00e4mma ut det mesta ur paketet men att det sedan n\u00e4r man sk\u00f6ljer det blir s\u00e5 uppenbart att man spolar ner en del i vasken. S\u00e5 nu la jag till en deciliter vatten att skaka i paketet och lite mer mj\u00f6l \u2013 och det blev perfekt! En mini-min-anti-matsvinnsinsats som tar kanske femton sekunder extra att g\u00f6ra, vars\u00e5goda!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Och kom ih\u00e5g: solrosfr\u00f6n blir gr\u00f6na i filmj\u00f6lksbr\u00f6d. Om man tycker att det ser obehagligt ut kan man helt enkelt utesluta dem, men den gr\u00f6na f\u00e4rgen \u00e4r inte farlig och smakar inget heller!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>tv\u00e5 limpor<br>Ugn: 175\u00b0, ca 90 minuter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br>4 dl grahamsmj\u00f6l<br>2 dl fint r\u00e5gmj\u00f6l<br>2 dl havregryn<br>1 dl r\u00e5gkross<br>1 dl havremust (mj\u00f6l)<br>1 dl solrosfr\u00f6n<br>1\u00bd msk bikarbonat<br>1\u00bd tsk salt<br>1\u00bd tsk br\u00f6dkryddor<br>1 dl ljus sirap eller honung<br>1 l filmj\u00f6lk eller yoghurt<br>1 dl vatten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>till br\u00f6dformarna:<br>olja eller sm\u00f6r<br>grovt r\u00e5gmj\u00f6l eller str\u00f6br\u00f6d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>dekoration:<br>ett par stora nypor r\u00e5gmj\u00f6l eller grahamsmj\u00f6l<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blanda f\u00f6rst alla torra ingredienser i en bunke. R\u00f6r sedan ner sirap eller honung (om du har fast honung, v\u00e4rm den lite s\u00e5 att den blir mjuk) och filmj\u00f6lk eller yoghurt. H\u00e4ll vattnet i fil- eller yoghurtf\u00f6rpackningen, skaka ordentligt och h\u00e4ll detta ocks\u00e5 i bunken. R\u00f6r ihop allt till en j\u00e4mn, l\u00f6s deg eller tjock smet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sm\u00f6rj och br\u00f6a tv\u00e5 1\u00bd-litersbr\u00f6dformar och f\u00f6rdela smeten i dem. J\u00e4mna till den med en slickepott. Str\u00f6 lite mj\u00f6l \u00f6ver och g\u00f6r m\u00f6nster i ytan med en gaffel eller en kniv om du vill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda limporna i 175 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme i ungef\u00e4r en och en halv timme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta ut dem, l\u00e5t dem vila i ungef\u00e4r fem minuter och v\u00e4lt upp dem p\u00e5 galler.
