Men den blir nog aldrig samma gamla vanliga &#8212; den \u00e4r ju s\u00e5 ovanligt god! Och eftersom det \u00e4r kladdkaka g\u00e5r det fint att baka den utan gluten. Det finns ju inte s\u00e5 mycket som glutentr\u00e5darna beh\u00f6vs till, och inget som kan flyta ut under gr\u00e4ddningen heller. Lite smuligare \u00e4n originalversionen blir det kanske, och precis som vanligt f\u00e5r man h\u00f6ra med de glutenintoleranta om havregrynen &#8212; en del som har haft intoleransen l\u00e4nge har inte \u00e4tit havregryn p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga \u00e5r eftersom &#8221;rent havre&#8221; inte fanns n\u00e4r de b\u00f6rjade med glutenfri diet, och d\u00e5 kanske de undviker det fortfarande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hallonen passar s\u00e5 otroligt bra ihop med chokladsmaken, men den som har g\u00e4ster som kanske inte vill ha dem kan f\u00f6rst\u00e5s gr\u00e4dda kakan som vanligt och servera f\u00e4rska eller passerade hallon till ist\u00e4llet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>en l\u00e5ngpanna full<br>Ugn: 175\u00b0, ca 20 minuter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300 g laktosfritt sm\u00f6r (mj\u00f6lkfritt margarin om n\u00e5gon inte t\u00e5l mj\u00f6lkprotein)<br>5 dl socker<br>2 dl havregryn (&#8221;ren havre&#8221; fr\u00e5n glutenfritthyllan)<br>1\u00bd dl kakao<br>4 \u00e4gg<br>3 dl glutenfri mj\u00f6lmix<br>1 msk vaniljsocker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>ovanp\u00e5:<\/em><br>2 dl hallon (lite mindre och lite mer g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 bra)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en ganska stor gryta och r\u00f6r ner \u00f6vriga ingredienser. H\u00e4ll smeten i en papperskl\u00e4dd l\u00e5ngpanna. Sprid ut hallonen ovanp\u00e5. Gr\u00e4dda i 175 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme &#8212; en kaka utan b\u00e4r brukar bli lagom n\u00e4r man gr\u00e4ddar den i ungef\u00e4r 20 minuter, och man kan l\u00e4gga till ett par minuter f\u00f6r hallonens skull eftersom de g\u00f6r kakan lite bl\u00f6tare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e5t kakan svalna och sk\u00e4r den i bitar n\u00e4r den \u00e4r ljummen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servera dem som de \u00e4r eller med glass eller gr\u00e4dde eller kanske turkisk yoghurt!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Man skulle kunna s\u00e4ga att det h\u00e4r bara \u00e4r samma gamla vanliga kladdkaka med havregryn.
