Om man (som jag) inte g\u00f6r det s\u00e5 ofta \u00e4r det verkligen ett enkelt s\u00e4tt att ordna festfrukost! Jag gjorde dem som l\u00e5ngpannerutor, ganska tunna, och de hade svalnat lite n\u00e4r det var dags att \u00e4ta. Om du inte har tid att ta fram det i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g (f\u00f6r att sconesbakningen \u00e4r en spontan id\u00e9, kanske): sk\u00e4r sm\u00f6ret i sm\u00e5 kuber innan du l\u00e4gger det i degbunken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00f6r ihop sm\u00f6ret med alla de torra ingredienserna. Det ska bli som en mycket grynig pajdeg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e4ll i mj\u00f6lken och r\u00f6r snabbt ihop. Det blir en lite tjockare smet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 ugnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e5t degen vila i fem minuter s\u00e5 att havregrynen f\u00e5r dra \u00e5t sig en del av v\u00e4tskan och s\u00e5 att det blir mer som en vanlig sconesdeg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Platta ut degen i en l\u00e5ngpanna kl\u00e4dd med bakpl\u00e5tspapper och s\u00e4tt in den i ugnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Efter ungef\u00e4r sju minuter: ta ut den och sk\u00e4r degplattan i rutor med till exempel en bakbordsskrapa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e4tt in den i ugnen igen och gr\u00e4dda tills rutorna har f\u00e5tt lite f\u00e4rg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e5t dem svalna lite f\u00f6re serveringen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grattis till f\u00f6delsedagsbarnet om det finns ett, och till alla som f\u00e5r b\u00f6rja dagen med n\u00e5got extra gott!<br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Till min pappas f\u00f6delsedagsfrukost i m\u00e5ndags bakade jag scones.
