Hon bakade den p\u00e5 riktigt &#8212; och gjorde ett recept! Det finns med i det p\u00e5skmagasin som delades ut i Kalmar i torsdags, och s\u00e5 fick jag lov att publicera det h\u00e4r p\u00e5 bloggen ocks\u00e5. N\u00e5gra\nst\u00e4nk med en pensel doppad i kakao och vanilj f\u00f6r tankarna till vackra r\u00f6dhake\u00e4gg\noch g\u00f6r att t\u00e5rtan f\u00e5r liv. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5got jag tycker \u00e4r ov\u00e4rderligt till\nbakning \u00e4r en k\u00f6ksv\u00e5g. M\u00e4ter man upp mj\u00f6l i ett deciliterm\u00e5tt \u00e4r det l\u00e4tt att\nman packar mj\u00f6let och f\u00e5r f\u00f6r mycket, och det kan g\u00f6ra kakan kompakt och torr.\nHar man ingen v\u00e5g kan man h\u00e4lla i mj\u00f6let \u201dluftigt\u201d och skrapa m\u00e5ttet med en\nkniv. D\u00e5 f\u00e5r man l\u00e4ttare r\u00e4tt m\u00e4ngd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag bakade bottnarna i s\u00e5 kallade \u201dcake\npans\u201d, 15 centimeter i diameter, d\u00e4r man gr\u00e4ddar varje \u201dlager\u201d f\u00f6r sig. Bakar man\ndem p\u00e5 det viset f\u00e5r man snygga, j\u00e4mnt gr\u00e4ddade bottnar och slipper att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka\ndela en stor kaka. Man slipper ocks\u00e5 risken att t\u00e5rtbottnen blir torr i kanten,\ndegig i mitten och n\u00e4stan om\u00f6jlig att dela j\u00e4mnt! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sj\u00e4lvklart kan man ocks\u00e5 baka bottnarna\ni en springform i omg\u00e5ngar. Bakar man i en form som \u00e4r 15 centimeter i diameter\nr\u00e4cker smeten till fyra bottnar. Bakar man ist\u00e4llet i en form som har en\ndiameter p\u00e5 20 centimeter kan man dubbla smetm\u00e4ngden och sm\u00f6rkr\u00e4men och f\u00e5 en\ndubbelt s\u00e5 stor t\u00e5rta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r jag bjuder p\u00e5 recept i v\u00e5rt\nf\u00f6rsamlingsblad i Kalmar S:t Johannes f\u00f6rsamling brukar jag skriva att du som\nprovar receptet g\u00e4rna f\u00e5r h\u00f6ra av dig ber\u00e4tta vad du tyckte. Jag blir glad f\u00f6r\nrespons p\u00e5 det h\u00e4r receptet ocks\u00e5! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Malin Burmeister, pedagog i Kalmar S:t Johannes f\u00f6rsamling<br>malin.burmeister@svenskakyrkan.se <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>f\u00f6r 10\u201312 personer<br>Ugn: 175\u00ba, ca 20 minuter (x 4 om du bara har en form)<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>t\u00e5rtbottnar<\/strong><br>3\u00bd dl (213 g) vetemj\u00f6l<br>2\u00bd dl (228 g) socker<br>\u00bc tsk bikarbonat<br>1\u00bd tsk bakpulver<br>1\u00bc tsk salt<br>175 g rumsvarmt sm\u00f6r<br>3 \u00e4ggvitor<br>1 msk vaniljextrakt <br>2\u00bc dl mj\u00f6lk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>vaniljsm\u00f6rkr\u00e4m<\/strong><br>300 g rumsvarmt sm\u00f6r<br>4\u20135 dl florsocker<br>4\u20135 msk mj\u00f6lk<br>ca 1 msk vaniljsocker<br>3 droppar bl\u00e5tt (s\u00e5 kallad pastaf\u00e4rg f\u00f6r mat)<br>1 droppe gr\u00f6nt (pastaf\u00e4rg)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>kakaomix<\/strong><br>2 tsk kakao <br>1 tsk vaniljsocker<br>1 msk vatten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>du beh\u00f6ver ocks\u00e5<\/strong><br>n\u00e5gra rutor choklad<br>godis\u00e4gg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 ugnen och sm\u00f6ra och mj\u00f6la\nkakformen eller kakformarna. R\u00f6r ihop de torra ingredienserna till bottnarna i\nen stor sk\u00e5l. Vispa ihop de bl\u00f6ta ingredienserna i en annan sk\u00e5l. Sm\u00f6ret kommer\nse lite \u201dgrynigt\u201d ut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e4ll den bl\u00f6ta blandningen i den torra\noch r\u00f6r tills allt \u00e4r blandat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e4ll en fj\u00e4rdedel av smeten i formen\noch gr\u00e4dda den i 20 minuter. Har du flera likadana formar kan du gr\u00e4dda mer \u00e4n\nen botten samtidigt. Gr\u00e4ddar du en i taget, s\u00e5 l\u00e5t formen svalna n\u00e5got innan du\nsm\u00f6rar och mj\u00f6lar den igen, och r\u00f6r om i den smet som \u00e4r kvar innan du h\u00e4ller\nupp till en ny botten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e5t bottnarna svalna uppochner p\u00e5 bakgaller\nunder formarna eller under en bakduk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vispa sm\u00f6ret vitt och fluffigt med\nelvisp \u2013 det brukar ta tre\u2013fyra minuter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt florsockret lite i taget och vispa till en j\u00e4mn smet. <br>R\u00f6r ner mj\u00f6lken och smaka av med vaniljsocker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00e4rga sm\u00f6rkr\u00e4men turkos med bl\u00e5 och\ngr\u00f6n f\u00e4rg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4gg den f\u00f6rsta bottnen p\u00e5 ett t\u00e5rtfat eller en t\u00e5rtbricka. Spritsa eller bred ut ett j\u00e4mnt lager sm\u00f6rkr\u00e4m med en sprits eller en spatel eller kniv. Upprepa tills du anv\u00e4nt alla bottnarna. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bred ett tunt lager sm\u00f6rkr\u00e4m \u00f6ver hela\nt\u00e5rtan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e5t t\u00e5rtan st\u00e5 i kylsk\u00e5p i ungef\u00e4r 20\nminuter eller tills sm\u00f6rkr\u00e4men har stelnat n\u00e5got. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bred p\u00e5 resten av sm\u00f6rkr\u00e4men i ett j\u00e4mnt lager, men spara en liten klick till f\u00e5gelboet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4gg ut hush\u00e5llspapper p\u00e5 k\u00f6ksb\u00e4nken\nrunt t\u00e5rtan. Blanda kakao, vaniljsocker och vatten i en liten sk\u00e5l. Doppa en liten\nplatt pensel i blandningen. Dra med ett finger \u00f6ver borst\u00e4ndarna s\u00e5 att blandningen\nst\u00e4nker \u00f6ver kakan i ett snyggt \u00e4ggm\u00f6nster (\u00f6va g\u00e4rna genom att st\u00e4nka \u00f6ver ett\npapper innan du b\u00f6rjar med t\u00e5rtan!). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spritsa en liten ring av den sparade sm\u00f6rkr\u00e4men\nuppe p\u00e5 t\u00e5rtan. Hyvla choklad och t\u00e4ck ringen s\u00e5 att det ser ut som ett\nf\u00e5gelbo.
