Ofta ligger det n\u00e5gra bananer kvar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Senast tog jag med dem hem till min sv\u00e4gerska och mina syskonbarn och sa att vi kunde g\u00f6ra smoothie till f\u00f6rmiddagsfikat. Min sv\u00e4gerska f\u00f6reslog att vi skulle baka bananbr\u00f6d ist\u00e4llet, och jag s\u00e5g framf\u00f6r mig de kakliknande limpor som \u00e4r s\u00e5 popul\u00e4ra i USA. Men hon menade ju matbr\u00f6d &#8212; ett recept som jag hade med i <em>Fester med rester<\/em> och som hon och min bror bakade g\u00e5ng p\u00e5 g\u00e5ng n\u00e4r de bodde i Jerusalem. Att baka br\u00f6d med svenska j\u00e4strecept var lite kr\u00e5ngligt d\u00e4r, men det h\u00e4r fungerade utm\u00e4rkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu gjorde vi en ny variant, och den blev j\u00e4ttebra. Vars\u00e5goda!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>tv\u00e5 limpor<br>Ugn: 200\u00b0, ca 60 minuter (men prova med sticka &#8212; det kan g\u00e5 fortare)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 mogna eller l\u00e4tt \u00f6vermogna bananer<br>3 dl \u00f6verbliven frukostgr\u00f6t om man har<br>6 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br>2 dl grovt r\u00e5gmj\u00f6l<br>2 tsk salt<br>4 tsk bikarbonat<br>4 dl havregryn <br>drygt 2 dl solrosfr\u00f6n  <br>2 dl cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche + 3 dl mj\u00f6lk (eller 5 dl fil eller yoghurt)<br>1 dl honung eller sirap<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skala och mosa bananerna och r\u00f6r ihop dem med gr\u00f6ten om du har gr\u00f6t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blanda alla de torra ingredienserna i en degbunke. R\u00f6r sedan ihop \u00f6vriga ingredienser och blanda dem noga med de torra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sm\u00f6rj tv\u00e5 br\u00f6dformar, br\u00f6a dem och h\u00e4ll smeten i den. St\u00e4ll in formarna i nedre delen av ugnen, 200 grader varm, och gr\u00e4dda limporna i ungef\u00e4r en timme.
