S\u00e5h\u00e4r ber\u00e4ttar Fredrika om hur man g\u00f6r salladen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Jag tog nog enbart isbergssallad, romansallad och ruccola, men man kan blanda flera salladssorter, det blir vackert: rucola, isbergssallad, spenatblad, romansallad, lollo rosso och fris\u00e9. L\u00e4gg salladsbladen i botten p\u00e5 tallriken, g\u00e4rna en djup. <br>Sedan tog jag delade jordgubbar, och babyplommontomat, gurka, torkade aprikoser (som legat i bl\u00f6t) delade. <br>Jag friterade sm\u00e5 kapris. Man kan ta svarta oliver ocks\u00e5. <br>Stekt halloumi (<a href=\"https:\/\/sverigesgardsmejerister.se\/eldost\/\">eldost<\/a>) och rostade hasseln\u00f6tter p\u00e5 toppen. G\u00e5r fint med solrosk\u00e4rnor ocks\u00e5. <br>Toppade med hemmakokt vinaigrette: koka upp en skv\u00e4tt vin, socker, rosmarin och timjan, lite salt och en skv\u00e4tt balsamicovin\u00e4ger till en seg konsistens och ringla den \u00f6ver salladen.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ytterligare ett s\u00e4tt att ta vara p\u00e5 de sista jordgubbarna!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Den h\u00e4r vackra salladen bj\u00f6d min sv\u00e4gerska Fredrika p\u00e5 n\u00e4r jag var hos henne och min bror och deras barn i juli.
