Sk\u00e4r squashen i bitar och l\u00e5t dem koka i buljongen i ungef\u00e4r en kvart. K\u00f6r med mixerstav eller i matberedare tills allt \u00e4r finf\u00f6rdelat.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(H\u00e4r g\u00e5r det utm\u00e4rkt att avbryta tillagningen och frysa in halvf\u00e4rdig soppa f\u00f6r senare m\u00e5ltider, h\u00e4lsar Carina och Kenneth. Och om man har v\u00e4ldigt mycket squash kan man koka den i vatten som bara \u00e4r saltat, h\u00e4lla bort det, mixa, frysa och sedan sp\u00e4da med gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong n\u00e4r man vill laga och \u00e4ta soppan. P\u00e5 det viset tar &#8221;halvfabrikatet&#8221; lite mindre plats i frysen!)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Om du har anv\u00e4nt matberedare: h\u00e4ll tillbaka soppan i kastrullen eller grytan.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>R\u00f6r ner gr\u00e4dden och v\u00e4rm soppan till kokpunkten. Ta av den fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och pressa saften fr\u00e5n den halva citronen ner i soppan.
