D\u00e4r lagade vi den h\u00e4r soppan och \u00e5t upp den med gl\u00e4dje \u2013 det finns m\u00e5nga goda s\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra linssoppa, och det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ett av dem!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En lite lustig sak var att det i Norge finns r\u00f6da linser i\ntetraf\u00f6rpackning, allts\u00e5 f\u00e4rdigkokade. Men de s\u00e5g mer ut som de gr\u00f6na linserna\nh\u00e4r. Jag tror att soppan blir b\u00e4st med de torra r\u00f6da linser som jag i stort\nsett alltid anv\u00e4nder och som kokar s\u00f6nder snabbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Min v\u00e4ninna Hanna l\u00e4rde mig f\u00f6r n\u00e5gra \u00e5r sedan att\ntomatsoppor blir extra goda med lite vin\u00e4ger i. N\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng f\u00f6r mycket l\u00e4nge\nsedan l\u00e4ste jag att kockar brukar l\u00e4gga till n\u00e5got s\u00f6tt n\u00e4r de lagar tomats\u00e5ser\noch tomatsoppor f\u00f6r att smaken blir v\u00e4ldigt mycket b\u00e4ttre d\u00e5. Det brukar jag\ng\u00f6ra genom att hacka ett \u00e4pple och r\u00f6ra ner det. B\u00e5da de tipsen borde fungera\nf\u00f6r den h\u00e4r soppan ocks\u00e5!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eftersom jag brukar tycka att brytningen mellan tomatsoppa och syrlig gr\u00e4dde \u00e4r helt fantastisk skulle jag nog ocks\u00e5 testa att g\u00f6ra dubbell\u00f6ksklicken med turkisk yoghurt eller cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r med vanlig yoghurt eller l\u00e4ttyoghurt. Till fyra personer tycker jag absolut att det r\u00e4cker med tv\u00e5 deciliter turkisk yoghurt eller cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Och naturligtvis \u00e4r det bara att multiplicera alla ingredienser s\u00e5 mycket som det beh\u00f6vs om de som ska \u00e4ta \u00e4r fler \u00e4n fyra. Smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(P\u00e5 bilden \u00e4r det en trel\u00f6ksklick \u2013 den fick\npurjol\u00f6ksstrimlor som dekoration.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skala och hacka den gula l\u00f6ken och l\u00e4gg den i soppgrytan.\nFr\u00e4s den glansig i oljan. Strimla s\u00e5 mycket som m\u00f6jligt av purjol\u00f6ken, r\u00f6r ner\nstrimlorna och fr\u00e4s lite till. H\u00e4ll tomatkrosset och vattnet i grytan, smula\nner buljongt\u00e4rningarna, r\u00f6r om och l\u00e5t koka upp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skala under tiden potatisarna och t\u00e4rna dem.
